The wood flour particles were morphologically and granulometric analyzed to evaluate their use as reinforcing filler. The Fuller method on wood flour particles was successfully applied and the obtained results were subsequently corroborated by the mechanical characterization. The rheological studies allowed observing how the viscosity was affected by the addition of wood flour and to recover information about the processing conditions of the biocomposites. Results suggest that all particles can be employed in extrusion processes (shear rate less than 1000 s−1). However, under injection molding conditions, biocomposites with high percentages of wood flour or excessively large particles may cause an increase in defective injected-parts due to obstruction of the gate in the mold. From a processing point of view and based on the biocomposites performance, the best combination resulted in Solanyl® type biopolymer reinforced with wood flour particles loaded up to 20 wt.% of small and medium particles size. The obtained biocomposites are of interest for injected molding parts for several industrial applications. La metodología se dividió en 1) Identificación de los principales indicadores de Responsabilidad Social en proyectos mineros; 2) Revisión por expertos de los índices de responsabilidad identificando criterios relevantes en minería; y 3) Identificación y diseño de los indicadores de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial. En la primera etapa se analizaron ocho proyectos de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial con financiamiento minero de US $ 6 000 000.00. En la segunda etapa se identificaron diez criterios usados en proyectos mineros. Finalmente, se seleccionaron cinco criterios prioritarios: inversión social, imagen y confianza, prioridades de los proyectos, apalancamiento de recursos – aliados y rentabilidad social, diseñándose siete indicadores. Los resultados indican que las empresas mineras definen y utilizan indicadores concentrados en el desarrollo de las actividades y avance de metas de cada proyecto (operativos o de resultados esperados), sin establecer mediciones de conceptos de impacto social. El uso de indicadores relevantes y específicos en el ámbito social sirve de herramienta y contribuye a generar rentabilidad social para las empresas financiadoras mineras, permitiendo un más efectivo control de proyectos de responsabilidad social, reducir costos y proporcionando valor a largo plazo, razón por la cual se propone un sistema de indicadores para este tipo de empresas. Sobre cuidado ambiental, el 80% de la población en Ayahuasi refiere tenerlo y 60% en Cabanaconde; 46,7% de pobladores en Ayahuasi y 23,3% de Cabanaconde realizan rotación de cultivos. El 66,7% de agricultores en Cabanaconde y 60% en Ayahuasi no dejan descansar los suelos luego de la cosecha. El 100% de agricultores en Ayahuasi y 90% en Cabanaconde, no conocen sobre la buena disposición de envases de agrotóxicos. En aspectos nutricionales, Cabanaconde presenta 7 casos de sobrepeso y Ayahuasi 1 caso de desnutrición y 2 con sobrepeso. En conclusión, las técnicas participativas, en ambas comunidades lograron efectos positivos de motivación y sensibilización. La mezcla organo-mineral, en dosis de 745 kg/ha y de acuerdo a la composición de cada tratamiento, se aplicó a los tres días del trasplante. Los tratamientos fueron replicados cuatro veces en un diseño de bloques al azar. Se midió el rendimiento y peso del fruto, indicadores de calidad como la vitamina C, la acidez y los sólidos solubles totales en el mismo; además, se tomaron muestras de suelo para conocer la variación de algunas de sus propiedades. Los datos fueron evaluados por medio de análisis de varianza de clasificación doble, aplicando la prueba de rangos múltiples de Duncan para un nivel de significación del 5 %. Five different mixtures were used as organic fertilizers using the composted cow manure, press mud as carrier minerals and urea, triple superphosphate and potassium chloride. In addition soil samples were taken in order to measure the effect of the use of this fertilizer on major properties. It was found that the organo-fertilization favors the production of corn, maintaining performance and fruit quality compared to traditional mineral fertilization, and likewise does not deteriorate the soil conditions for better crop development. El término “emergente” no tiene que ver con una nueva pedagogía, sino con aquella que se adapta a las potencialidades que ofrecen las tecnologías de la información y comunicación (TIC) para los procesos académicos. A nivel metodológico, para esta investigación se realizó un análisis documental en más de 60 fuentes académicas, que tuvo, en primera instancia, el propósito de obtener las categorías que están involucradas en las pedagogías emergentes, con el fin de facilitar el proceso hermenéutico; posterior a esto, se hizo una búsqueda exhaustiva de exponentes sobre los diferentes temas involucrados en las pedagogías emergentes: aprendizaje ubicuo, personalismo educativo, aprendizaje colaborativo, aprendizaje contextual o situado y evaluar para aprender. Se buscó dar un aporte al conocimiento del tema y, en particular, al rol que debe asumir el personal docente y posibles retos que enfrenta por medio de las pedagogías emergentes, donde se destacan las competencias en el manejo de las TIC y de la mediación pedagógica como elementos primordiales, aunado a promover un rol activo en el estudiantado. Pero también una superciudad forjada por las fantasías de generaciones de inmigrantes que llegaban a California con la promesa de una vida mejor, una ilusión que alentaban sus dos principales industrias: la de la especulación inmobiliaria y la de los sueños de Hollywood. Su imaginario se nutre de todas las visiones que ella misma proyecta, miradas que se debaten entre la seducción utópica del paraíso y el horror distópico y a las que han contribuido escritores, cineastas, críticos y tantos y tantos personajes mediáticos. Probablemente, una de las visiones más seductoras sea la de Reyner Banham quien, en su afán por intentar explicarla como ciudad, terminó contribuyendo decisivamente al mito de Los Ángeles. Ante la dificultad material de visitar físicamente la ciudad, la posibilidad de descubrir Los Ángeles mediante un viaje imaginario guiado por Banham es el punto de partida de este TFG. El trabajo que se explica a continuación consiste, pues, en una  aproximación a Los Ángeles desde la distancia, tomando la figura de Reyner Banham y, por supuesto, su libro Los Angeles: The Architecture of Four Ecologies, como guías para este viaje imaginario. En definitiva, no se trataría tanto de un trabajo de crítica de su teoría urbana sino, más bien, de una personal exploración de la complejidad de esta metrópolis mediante el análisis de un fragmento de la misma. Concretamente, de Wilshire Boulevard, una de las calles más representativas de la ciudad y que este trabajo recorre a través de su historia, la visión que el cine nos ofrece del célebre bulevar y, por supuesto, de la propia imaginación de esta autora.
