The objective was to investigate the adherence of heads of French emergency departments (ED) and nursing departments on a potential vaccination campaign of healthcare workers (HCW) and patients in ED. Method: In February 2021, ED and nursing department heads were asked to answer a national survey. It included 24 questions designed to cover some dimensions, including characteristics of the hospital and emergency departments (ED) and questions on vaccination. Results: 414 responses out of 800 questionnaires (51.8%) were collected. Scores out of 10 were, respectively, 7 (6–8) and 8 (6–9) for vaccination against influenza and COVID-19 for HCW and 2 (2–3) and 2 (2–4) for ED patients (H = 989.3; p < 0.0001). Multivariate logistic regression found that the existence of a vaccine program in the hospital and the use of point of care influenza PCR in ED were positively associated with the acceptance of influenza vaccination campaign for HCW (p = 0.003) and patients (p = 0.015). Factors limiting adherence to a vaccination program of HCW and patients were lack of medical staff (p = 0.041 for HCW and p < 0.0001 for patients), overcrowded ED (p < 0.001), and the inability to follow up with patients after the ED visit (p < 0.0001). Conclusions: There have been many missed opportunities for influenza vaccination, and there is pressure to vaccinate against COVID-19 as soon as possible. Vaccination campaigns in ED could help to improve vaccination coverage. ED staff are more likely to vaccinate HCW than patients. There are factors that support the implementation of such programs, which can be grouped into a culture of diagnosis, control, and prevention of viral infectious diseases within the hospital and ED. On the other hand, there are limiting factors, such as overcrowding and lack of personnel. La celda de combustible construida generó una densidad de potencia de 40 mW/m2 con un porcentaje de remoción de materia orgánica cercano al 80 %. Os produtos advindos dos babaçuais possibilitam renda para uma das camadas mais pobres da região amazônica e um dos entraves para a obtenção eficiente destes produtos é a colheita dos cocos de babaçu, que atualmente se faz no sistema extrativista. O objetivo deste trabalho foi realizar o desenvolvimento e projeto de uma colhedora de babaçu adaptável ao ambiente de trabalho da agricultura familiar e as características das matas de transição amazônicas. Para tal foram realizados estudos de literatura que nortearam as decisões e simplificações de projeto, assim como foram realizados os cálculos e desenhos da nova colhedora. O projeto foi realizado através de ferramentas de engenharia que apresentaram como resultados o memorial de cálculo que descreve o caminho técnico para o dimensionamento dos elementos constituintes da colhedora e a partir destes os desenhos detalhados dos elementos da nova máquina. Pelos desenhos detalhados suas considerações e decisões concluí-se que a colhedora de babaçu apresenta-se passível de ser construída com materiais nacionais de baixo custo, além de fácil operação, manutenção e com mínimo efeito sobre os babaçuais naturais.The babaçu (Orbignya phalerata) is a typical palm of transition forests of Amazon/Savana and Amazon/Caatinga econsystems; it is very important economically, socially and environmentally in this region. Products derived from babaçu provide income for the poor of these regions. One of the problems for obtaining this product efficiently is the extractivist system of harvesting. The objective of this work is to set up a self-propelling project of babaçu harvesting, for family farmers of the Amazonian transition forest region, which would not interfere in natural babaçu forests, and would contribute to harvesting efficiency. The project was carried out with engineering tools. We obtained the calculus memorial, definition of machine elements, which substantiates the technical of the project. Sua configuração sócio-ambiental o torna destaque na situação regional amazônica, onde os produtos advindos do babaçu possibilitam renda para a camada mais pobre da população amazônica, além da questão ambiental que é conotada à preservação dos babaçuais naturais. Um dos gargalos técnicos da produção do babaçu, em especial visando a extração do óleo de babaçu, é a colheita feita de forma manual e no sistema extrativista. O objetivo deste trabalho é propor o conceito de uma colhedora de babaçu moto-mecanizada, capaz de trabalhar em cultivos artificiais, assim como em florestas naturais. Foi utilizada a metodologia de projeto da matriz morfológica, onde foram elencadas as possíveis combinações de mecanismos e elementos para uma colhedora de babaçu. Como resultado foi obtido um conceito teórico, sendo concluída a viabilidade técnica de tal projeto, em estudos futuros pretende-se desenvolver estudos de viabilidade técnica detalhados, assim como estudos de viabilidade econômica.The babaçu is an important plant in subsistence economy in northern Brazil. The environment-social configuration of babaçu is prominent in the Amazonian regional situation, where its products are a means of income for the more impoverished Amazonian population, besides the question of the environment, which is relative to its preservation in the forest. One of the technical obstacles to babaçu production, especially with regard to extracting its oil, is manual harvesting and extractive system. The objective of this work is to propose motorized harvesting in both artificial and natural forests. It was used the project methodology morphological matrix, that numbering the possible configurations os mechanism and elements for the babaçu's harvest. The result was a theoretical concept, it has been concluded the technical viability of project, future studies they intend to develop the detail technical viability as well as the economic viability. Neste universo um grande problema são os meios de locomoção disponíveis: quando as embarcações são modernas têm alto custo; quando são mais rústicas não oferecem segurança nem desempenho. O objetivo deste trabalho foi propor um aerobarco de baixo custo de aquisição e manutenção, que possa ser construído pelos próprios ribeirinhos, sendo operado com segurança. Foi utilizada a metodologia de projeto naval da espiral de projeto. Como resultado foram obtidos os desenhos conceituais do aerobarco e possíveis simulações de carregamento, sendo concluída a viabilidade técnica da embarcação, assim como o pouco custo de fabricação.
