Taj proces je u robnom dijelu nadomješten jeftinijim proizvodima izrađenima u dalekim zemljama s nižim plaćama radnika, ali i radnim i ekološkim standardima, a financijski je nadomješten proizvodnjom u tercijarnim djelatnostima, tj. uslugama. Međutim ovaj rad pokazuje kako su za vrijeme nedavne Velike ekonomske krize zemlje s jačom industrijom brže izlazile iz krize. Formiran je model u kojemu se proučava broj recesijskih kvartala zemalja Europske Unije od 2008. – 2019. godine te kako na njega utječe udio prerađivačke industrije u BDP-u zemalja članica u početnoj godini krize, 2008. Uz to, dodani su indeks kvalitete upravljanja te udio javnoga duga u BDP-u. Analiza je pokazala kako udio prerađivačke industrije u BDP-u uvećan za 1 postotni poen uzrokuje skraćivanje recesije za 0,27 kvartala. Isto tako, na krizu ima utjecaja i država, u vidu kvalitete upravljanja (povećanje indeksa kvalitete upravljanja za 1 skraćuje recesiju za 0,15 kvartala) te manevarskog prostora za poticanje potražnje (svaki postotni poen javnoga duga produžuje recesiju za 0,05 kvartala). Nadalje, analiza je pokazala kako su početni uvjeti 2008. i 2019. godine takvi da bi nova kriza, bez pojave epidemije, trajala 13,5% dulje nego Velika kriza. Stoga bi se proces deindustrijalizacije trebao promatrati s posebnom pažnjom jer se time, pokazuje se, umanjuje automatska protuciklička snaga ekonomije, posebno važna u trenutcima nadolaska još nezabilježene ekonomske krize uzorkovane epidemijom COVID-19. Objetivou-se neste trabalho verificar o efeito da aplicação de doses de dejetos líquidos de bovinos (DLB) sobre a massa seca da pastagem anual de inverno remanescente após pastejos e a produção de silagem e rendimento de grãos de milho. O experimento foi constituído de dois sistemas de produção de milho associados à aplicação de doses de DLB ou de adubo solúvel, em blocos ao acaso com parcelas subdivididas e quatro repetições. Concluiu-se que, em solos com altos teores de P e de K, a aplicação de 25m3 ha-1 de DLB no consórcio de aveia preta + vica peluda + azevém pastejado mantém o rendimento de massa seca da pastagem acima da testemunha. Em condições de alta fertilidade de solo e com adubação nitrogenada de cobertura, a aplicação de 50m3 ha-1 é suficiente para produzir acima de 80% do rendimento de grãos de milho ou de silagem, na maioria dos anos. Abstract – In the literature, there are few researches on the effect of cattle manure on grain yield and corn silage compared to poultry and swine manure. The objective of this study was to verify the effect of the liquid cattle manure application on the dry mass of the remaining winter pasture after grazing and on the production of corn silage and grain. The experiment consisted of two systems of maize production associated with application of liquid cattle manure doses and soluble fertilizer, in a randomized complete block with split plot design and four replications. It was concluded that, in soils with high P and K levels, the application of 25m3 ha-1 of liquid cattle manure in the consortium of winter pastures maintains the pasture dry mass yield. Under these soil conditions and with topdressing nitrogen fertilization, the application of 50m3 ha-1 results in a producing above of 80% of corn grain or silage yield in most years. Posteriormente, con la Cumbre de Copenhague, la cobertura del cambio climático alcanzó su máximo, observándose una tendencia decreciente a partir de este momento. En la provincia del Azuay, la disminución de la mano de obra en los últimos años ha provocado una desestructuración de las familias campesinas y una reorganización lógica de las tareas agrícolas. Sin embargo, gracias a la cercanía de la ciudad de Cuenca, los campesinos desarrollan una actividad comercial intensa, orientada hacia la ganadería y la agro-ecología. Si por una parte podemos considerar esta dinámica como el símbolo del renacimiento de la agricultura familiar, por otra parte falta todavía una visión ambiciosa para llegar verdaderamente a un modelo de desarrollo rural sustentable que erradique la pobreza rural y garantice la soberanía alimentaria en esta región andina.   ABSTRACT In Ecuador, the peasant migration is the main engine of the Andean rural recompositions. In the province of Azuay, the decrease in the labour force in recent years has caused a destructuring of rural families and a logical reorganization of the agricultural tasks. However, thanks to the proximity of the city of Cuenca, farmers develop an intense commercial activity, oriented towards livestock and the Agroecology. Se analiza la construcción y consolidación de una de las dimensiones de dichos modelos, la extracción y utilización del recurso pesquero, a partir del caso del puerto de Mar del Plata, como un ejemplo de lo desarrollado a nivel país. Se utiliza una perspectiva metodológica cuantitativa, a partir de los datos oficiales del Ministerio de Agroindustria de la Nación Argentina. Se pudo observar una transformación en el patrón de acumulación desde el modelo neoliberal al modelo neodesarrollista con respecto al recurso pesquero del mar argentino, ya que a partir de esta etapa el calamar illex va en aumento, por lo que se prioriza aquel producto que genera mayor valor agregado por peso de pescado. A modo de conclusión, este trabajo busca mostrar las formas de producción que predominaron en cada momento histórico, cuál fue la estrategia para acumular riquezas y su relación con el recurso pesquero. Además se observa qué tipo de vínculo existió con las ideas de sustentabilidad ambiental y diferencial.
