Nuestro análisis revela una serie de tensiones entre los contenidos de la legislación universitaria y la forma en que actores de ventanilla, como alumnos y trabajadores, vivieron el proceso de migración de las actividades sustantivas a un formato en línea. Nuestros resultados sugieren que ciertas carencias en la comunicación organizacional están afectando la capacidad de la UAM para responder de forma eficiente ante situaciones emergentes manteniendo al mismo tiempo los principios de participación y desconcentración funcional planteados en su Ley Orgánica.
