                <text>O artigo tem como objetivo descrever a gestão diretiva com o estresse laboral dos professores desde a pandemia Covid-19 na Escola San Ignacio de Viña del Mar, Região de Valparaíso, Chile. Para tanto, utilizou-se uma abordagem quantitativa, descritiva e exploratória. Os participantes foram atendidos por 87 educadores da referida instituição, submetidos a exame de censura em função da intensificação da investigação. Os resultados indicam que os professores estabelecem relações de colaboração com seus colegas de trabalho por meio da conectividade e ainda há necessidade de considerar competências e habilidades na realização da práxis educacional. Os achados constataram que o diretor da escola não articula os recursos necessários ao bom funcionamento do corpo docente. A situação de pandemia não tem impacto significativo sobre os resultados do estresse no trabalho percebido. Isso pode ser explicado pelo esforço que implica para o educador realizar seu trabalho pedagógico.</text>

                <text>This paper analyzes the theoretical basis of Epistemology discipline of Environmental Management for its contribution to reflection and environmental practice in satisfaction of the Brazilian semi-arid northeast, specifically in the village quilombo Cruz, in the context of classes taught in the Graduate Program in Ecology human; analyze their possible contributions to the epistemological reflection in the face of monoculture of knowledge and logic in overcoming process; it is intended to also present some environmental aspects, the quilombo studied from the point of view of knowledge of ecology. Finally, we present some research results carried out in the quilombo of the Village Cross in Delmiro Gouveia, State of Alagoas, Brazil - research took into account the deals of the community, their mode of production and living as man interaction processes-environment (MORAN 1999, 2008, 2010, 2011; LEFF, 2010, 2012).O presente artigo analisa o aporte teórico da disciplina Epistemologia da Gestão Socioambiental em sua contribuição à reflexão e à práxis socioambiental no semiárido nordestino brasileiro, especificamente no povoado quilombola Cruz, no contexto das aulas ministradas no programa de Pós-Graduação em Ecologia Humana; analisar suas possíveis contribuições à reflexão epistemológica em face da monocultura do saber como lógica em processo de superação; visa, ainda, apresentar alguns aspectos socioambientais da comunidade quilombola estudados do ponto de vista da ecologia de saberes. Por fim, apresentaremos alguns resultados de pesquisa efetivada na comunidade quilombola do Povoado Cruz, em Delmiro Gouveia, estado de Alagoas, Brasil – a pesquisa levou em consideração a lida da comunidade, seu modo de produção e subsistência como processos de interação homem/ambiente (MORAN, 1999, 2008, 2010, 2011; LEFF, 2010, 2012).</text>

                <text>A pesquisa analisa a gestão socioambiental no Centro de Educação e Saúde da UFCG, nos moldes da Agenda Ambiental na Administração Pública (A3P). Para tanto, realiza o diagnóstico da Instituição conforme o manual da A3P específico para Universidades Públicas e, em um segundo momento, afere a percepção de 204 respondentes acerca do tema, sendo 100 alunos concluintes, 60 docentes e 44 técnico-administrativos. Os dados são analisados qualitativa e quantitativamente. Os resultados revelam que a gestão socioambiental do CES se encontra em estágio inicial, havendo ações isoladas, não institucionalizadas, passíveis de melhorias, como também lacunas em todos os eixos temáticos avaliados. Inspira mais atenção a questão da sensibilização e capacitação dos servidores e alunos, além de aspectos ligados à gestão dos resíduos gerados, sobretudo os perigosos. Em contrapartida, as avaliações com maior grau de concordância por parte dos respondentes concentram-se no quinto eixo (construções públicas sustentáveis). O campus também apresenta bom desempenho em setores ligados à interação social da comunidade acadêmica, à disponibilização e ao uso de áreas verdes e à aquisição de produtos provenientes da agricultura familiar, entre outros. Em síntese, a pesquisa prepara a Instituição para o passo seguinte estabelecido pelo Manual da A3P, qual seja: elaborar o Plano de Gestão Socioambiental do CES.</text>

                <text>La urbanización global de los territorios, que es el fenómeno ecológico humano más importante en curso, y cuyos impactos ambientales poseen niveles local, regional y mundial, presenta la característica notable de un crecimiento pronunciado de las ciudades pequeñas e intermedias, en las cuales la capacidad de planificación y gestión es usualmente ínfima, en comparación a las ciudades grandes. Es lo que se verifica en Brasil, donde las ciudades de tamaño medio, es decir, las que tienen poblaciones entre 100.000 y 500.000 vecinos están creciendo más rápidamente que las grandes ciudades, desde mediados de la década de 1990. El artículo tiene como objetivo trazar una tipología de las ciudades medias brasileñas por medio de análisis estadísticos multivariados. La tipología resultante señala dos tipos de ciudades, con demandas sociales, ambientales y de gestión diferentes. Algunas de estas ciudades se encuentran en hotspots de biodiversidad. En paralelo, hemos recopilado estadísticas sobre la gestión ambiental en marcha en estas ciudades. Nuestros resultados demuestran una baja efectividad de las acciones de gestión ambiental en estos municipios.</text>

                <text>El presente estudio tiene como objetivos identificar los factores que influyen en la gestión del ecosistema de la agricultura orgánica durante la pandemia del Covid-19, conocer algunas buenas prácticas, determinar las características del Sistema Interno de Control (SIC). La metodología empleada fue la revisión sistemática, descriptiva, de fuentes secundarias de información. Los resultados evidencian un alto interés por promover la ecoagricultura en el contexto público y privado en respuesta a las actuales carencias alimenticias surgidas por las limitaciones de diversas índoles causadas por la pandemia. Las conclusiones muestran que la gestión de los ecosistemas se vio afectada debido a la pandemia, las dificultades en contar con el personal capacitado para rotar los cultivos y ofrecer los productos en el mercado, debido a las restricciones sanitarias surgidas. Además, los productores presentaron su percepción indicando que las medidas tomadas se debieron ejecutar hace tiempo y no debido a la crisis sanitaria, promueven que las normativas sigan a largo plazo por la disminución de los niveles de CO2.</text>

                <text>La diversificación es una alternativa de sostenibilidad y competitividad para la agroindustria azucarera. El objetivo del presente trabajo consiste en el desarrollo de un índice de diversificación, con la integración de factores limitantes biofísicos, ecológicos y socioeconómicos de los municipios productores de caña de azúcar (Saccharum officinarum) de una región cañera en México, a través de la evaluación multicriterio de jerarquías analíticas (AHP) en un Sistema de Información Geográfica (SIG) como metodologías de abordaje. Los resultados indican que el impacto de las limitantes socio-económicos tiene una importancia de 71.2% mientras que en ecológicos es de 29.4%. De los factores socio-económicos, la experiencia en proyectos de diversificación y la producción de materia prima en cantidad y calidad representan el 30% de la capacidad para diversificar municipios cañeros, los cuales deben ser incorporados en la toma de decisiones y en la formulación de políticas públicas diferenciadas para la sostenibilidad de la agroindustria en regiones cañeras. Las decisiones de alcance tecnológico o técnicas aplicadas hasta el día de hoy, para alcanzar la diversificación, no solo dependen de un solo factor, por lo que los recursos, capacidades, habilidades, educación y motivación de los productores cañeros podrían ser vistos como el motor esencial de la diversificación a nivel local.</text>

                <text>La propagación de conflictos socio-ambientales a partir de los megaproyectos y el extractivismo da lugar a la polarización y enfrentamiento entre las partes involucradas, generalmente eclipsando las esferas sociales intangibles y erosionando los derechos humanos a nivel local. En el caso específico de México, cambios legislativos recientes derivados de una reforma energética abrieron la puerta a las Evaluaciones de Impacto Social (“EVIS”) como medida de mitigación a este problema.  Si bien esto es un avance relevante, a criterio de los autores el alcance actual de esta figura mantiene un enfoque reduccionista que demerita la búsqueda de una sustentabilidad integral. Partiendo de la premisa que en su momento dio pie al nacimiento del derecho ambiental de interiorizar las externalidades, el presente artículo propone complementar los mecanismos actualmente exigibles en materia social y ambiental con mecanismos robustos que permitan la evaluación y gestión del impacto social de manera transdisciplinaria y transparente, incluyendo por lo menos, factores antropológicos, sociológicos, cuantitativos, jurídicos y de derechos humanos, así como un diálogo-acompañamiento abierto y continuo con las comunidades involucradas, tendiente a generar un estándar crítico que favorezca la gobernanza de las distintas dimensiones del desarrollo.</text>

                <text>El presente trabajo se basa en resultados presentados por especialistas en recursos hídricos sobre experiencias de los sectores más vulnerables a sequía y aquellos que demandan agua de calidad tomando como referencia las zonas cafetaleras del norte de Nicaragua. Con base a una recopilación de información existente así como de entrevistas y talleres participativos utilizando plataformas de dialogo territorial con el objetivo de identificar las trayectorias más probables que podrían disminuir la vulnerabilidad de los productores de café (Coffea arabica) al cambio y variabilidad climática.   En las conclusiones del estudio mencionamos que la tecnología de producción de café multiestrato con banano es un tema ampliamente estudiado utilizando un enfoque que aplica herramientas de toma de decisión para manejar la productividad del sistema - manejo del recurso luz, ciclos de nutrientes y optimización del banano como cultivo secundario, entre otros.    Es necesario desarrollar un proceso participativo innovador para mejorar la gestión de los recursos hídricos en comunidades cafetaleras para incrementar su capacidad de adaptación y resiliencia frente al cambio climático (variabilidad de las lluvias y las sequías).   </text>
