Amazona  aestiva es la especie del género que se observa con mayor frecuencia y hasta la fecha se han notificado al menos ocho poblaciones foráneas. Todas estas poblaciones, salvo aquellas que se encuentran en zonas de los Estados Unidos donde el clima les es más propicio, están formadas por unos pocos individuos, a pesar de que lleven establecidas un largo período de tiempo. Disease-related worry can help disease prevention and management, but can also have a detrimental effect. This study measured the overall level of disease-related worry during the MERS outbreak period in Korea and the influencing factors and levels of disease-related worry during key outbreak periods. METHODS:The cross-sectional survey included 1,000 adults who resided in Korea. An ordinal logistic regression was performed for the overall level of MERS-related worry, and influencing factors of worry were analyzed. A reliability test was performed on the levels of MERS-related worry during key outbreak periods. RESULTS:The overall level of MERS-related worry was 2.44. Multivariate analysis revealed that women and respondents w very poor subjective health status had higher levels of worry. Respondents with very high stress in daily life had higher levels of worry than those who reported having little stress. The reliability test results on MERS-related worry scores during key outbreak periods showed consistent scores during each period. CONCLUSION:Level of worry increased in cases having higher perceived susceptibility and greater trust in informal information, while initial stage of outbreak was closely associated with that at later stages. These findings suggest the importance of managing the level of worry by providing timely and accurate disease-related information during the initial stage of disease outbreak. Wyniki analizy, dane gospodarcze oraz wnioski płynące z podjętych rozważań pozwalają potwierdzić tezę o potrzebie i skuteczności wdrażanych odgórnie instrumentów prawnych w przypadku większości gałęzi gospodarki.ABSTRACTThe considerations contained in this article were created during the period of increased legislative activity of both governments of individual countries and international organizations during the COVID-19 pandemic. The aim of the article is to describe and attempt to analyze selected legal instruments in the time of economic crisis and to justify the adopted thesis about the need for measures aimed at economic stimulation. The methods used in the article are a combination of basic research methods in accordance with the principle of methodological pluralism, formal and dogmatic methods have been used, by which the author understands a systemic, linguistic and functional interpretation, as well as a legal-comparative method. The formal-dogmatic method is dominant in the discussion of the resulting regulations, and the legal-comparative method allows to notice the differences between the adopted solutions. The results of the analysis, economic data and conclusions drawn from the considerations allow to confirm the thesis about the need and effectiveness of top-down legal instruments implemented in most sectors of the economy. Between 2000 and 2007, samples were obtained from 18 different locations. Based on physiological tests and morphological characteristics of sexual structures, 72 isolates were identified as X. dendrorhous. Representative strains were studied by MSP-PCR fingerprinting and sequence analysis of the ITS region. MSP-PCR fingerprints were similar for the newly isolated strains, and were also identical to the profiles of the strains previously found in this region. Patagonian strains appear to be a genetically uniform and distinct population, supporting the hypothesis that the association with different host species has determined genetically distinct X. dendrorhous populations worldwide. X. dendrorhous was recovered from N. dombeyi and N. antarctica. Approximately half the sampling sites and samples were positive for X. dendrorhous, but the isolation recovery rate was low. X. dendrorhous was absent in the early stages of ascostromata maturation, becoming more abundant in later stages. The present work represents a step forward in the understanding of the natural distribution and ecology of this biotechnologically relevant yeast.Xanthophyllomyces dendrorhous (Phaffia rhodozyma) asociado a estromas de Cyttaria hariotii en bosques de Nothofagus en el noroeste de la Patagonia. Se estudió la ocurrencia y la distribución de Xanthophyllomyces dendrorhous asociado a Cyttaria hariotii en tres especies de Nothofagus (N. dombeyi, N. antarctica y N. pumilio) del noroeste de la Patagonia (Argentina), y los factores que podrían afectar esta distribución. El muestreo se realizó entre 2000 y 2007 en 18 sitios diferentes. Según las pruebas fisiológicas y las características morfológicas de las estructuras sexuales, 72 de los aislamientos obtenidos se identificaron como X. dendrorhous. Se estudiaron cepas representativas mediante la técnica de MSP-PCR fingerprinting y secuenciación de la región ITS. Los perfiles de MSP-PCR fueron similares, tanto entre los nuevos aislamientos como entre estos y los de cepas previamente obtenidas en la región. Desde ladécada de los 90 del siglo pasado, existe el convencimientoque se debe modificar el modelo de desarrollosocioeconómico por uno que sea más amigable con elmedio ambiente; pero para ello, debe existir un consensoentre las naciones para poder hacerlo realidad.Si bien, ha habido un avance con la aplicación delProtocolo de Kioto en el sentido de lograr un acuerdovinculante, no se ha podido avanzar por la existencia dediversas posiciones en las negociaciones. Es por ello,que en diciembre de 2014 se realizará en Lima la XXConferencia de las Partes con el objetivo de elaborarun borrador de acuerdos para discutirse y aprobarseen la COP 21 a desarrollarse el próximo año en París.El presente artículo, tiene como objetivo analizar elcontexto en que se vienen realizando últimamenteestas conferencias, así como, identificar las dificultadesen las negociaciones para un acuerdo que eviteel incremento de los potenciales daños que sufriríala humanidad en el futuro.
