У статті здійснено аналіз нових реалій дошкільної освіти в умовах пандемії Covid-19; виокремлено проблеми взаємодії педагогів із дошкільниками та їх батьками під час дистанційної освіти; означено пріоритетні он-лайн платформи та інструменти для роботи з батьками вихованців та дошкільниками. Також авторами представлені позитивні аспекти дистанційної освіти для педагогів, а саме – можливості безоплатного навчання на різних освітніх платформах; результати опитування вихователів та майбутніх бакалаврів щодо проблем дистанційної освіти дошкільників в умовах пандемії. Серед технологічних труднощів, насамперед, виокремлюємо наявність комп’ютерної техніки, швидкісного Інтернету, можливість у період епідемії відремонтувати будь-які пошкодження апаратури. До педагогічних проблем варто віднести дефіцит кадрів із універсальною підготовкою, тобто таких, які володіють сучасними педагогічними та інформаційними технологіями і психологічно готові до роботи з дошкільниками та їх батьками в новому навчально-пізнавальному мережевому середовищі.Адміністративні проблеми охоплюють складання списків для групових тренінгових занять, консультацій батьків, зв’язок із сім’ями та дітьми, у яких змінилася електронна адреса. Визначено пріоритетні онлайн-платформи та інструменти для роботи з батьками та дошкільниками. Автори також представляють позитивні сторони дистанційної освіти для вихователів, а саме можливість безкоштовної освіти на різних освітніх платформах; результати опитування вихователів та майбутніх бакалаврів з проблем дистанційного навчання дошкільників в умовах пандемії. Результати проведеного опитування засвідчили, що в умовах епідемії стосовно дошкільних закладів не всі переваги дистанційної освіти були реалізовані. Наприклад, через завантаженість дорослих (і педагогів, і батьків), мережевого середовища такі риси дошкільної освіти як гнучкість (одержання освіти у зручний час та в зручному місці), велика аудиторія, економічність, технологічність (використання в освітньому процесі нових досягнень інформаційних технологій), соціальна рівність і, як наслідок – якість, виявилися не характерними.

Актуальність. В умовах наявності єдиних державних стандартів загальної середньої освіти та класно-урочної системи можливість застосування індивідуальної освітньої траєкторії (ІОТ) досі залишається здебільшого лише потенційною. Також в інших галузях (наприклад, в IT підвищення кваліфікації педагогів та держслужбовців) формується потреба більш гнучкої підготовки фахівців. ІОТ передбачає можливість слухачу самостійно обирати темп, методи і засоби навчання. Переважна кількість програм та реалізованих дистанційних курсів мають лінійну структуру, що суттєво обмежує можливу варіативність вибору темпу та послідовності надання завдань. Актуальність розроблення таких інструментів або адаптація вже наявних для спрощення індивідуалізації навчання особливо відчутна в умовах зростання попиту на дистанційне навчання в умовах COVID-19 Постановка проблеми. У середовищі Google Classroom відсутні засоби забезпечення варіативності навчальних курсів та зменшення навантаження на викладача. Шляхи вирішення проблеми. Пропонується створення додатку до Google Classroom у системі G Suite for Education, який реалізує функціонал варіативності та зменшення навантаження на викладача. Результати. Представлено прототип додатку Classroom Х, який забезпечує можливості планування послідовності надання завдань за умови виконання попередніх, автоматичне надання завдань, автоматизацію перевірки завдань (за мінімальної участі викладача), організацію повторення матеріалу, динамічну зміну індивідуальної освітньої траєкторії при зміні обставин та потреб слухача. Це дозволяє суттєво зменшити навантаження на тьютора або зовсім відмовитись від нього. Додаток пройшов успішну апробацію. Висновки Проведене дослідження показало потенційну можливість удосконалення Google Classroom для організації варіативного дистанційного навчання. У ході експериментів у навчальних групах підвищення кваліфікації практично перевірено принциповий механізм, що забезпечує розширену варіативність подання навчального матеріалу та зменшення навантаження на викладача. Такий функціонал особливо цінний при тотальному вимушеному переході до дистанційного навчання в умовах карантину COVID-19.

أصاب تفشي الفيروس التاجي COVID-19، الذي تم اكتشافه لأول مرة في الصين، الأشخاص في 185 دولة، حيث ترك انتشاره الشركات في جميع أنحاء العالم تعد تكاليفها يوما بعد يوم، أصبح هذا التفشي جائحة -حيث حددت منظمة الصحة العالمية تفشي COVID-19 بأنه جائحة في 11 مارس- والتي أسفرت عن أكثر من 1.4 مليون حالة مؤكدة وأزيد من 83000 حالة وفاة على مستوى العالم. كما أثار مخاوف من أزمة اقتصادية وركود وشيك. أجبر التباعد الاجتماعي والعزل الذاتي والقيود على السفر على انخفاض القوى العاملة في جميع القطاعات الاقتصادية وتسبب في فقدان العديد من الوظائف. أغلقت المدارس أبوابها ، وانخفضت الحاجة إلى السلع والمنتجات المصنعة. في المقابل، ازدادت الحاجة إلى المستلزمات الطبية بشكل ملحوظ. كما شهد قطاع الغذاء طلبًا كبيرًا بسبب شراء الذعر وتخزين المنتجات الغذائية. بعد أشهر من عمليات الإغلاق التي تقيد العمل والحركة، بدأت العديد من البلدان في رفع التدابير الصارمة التي اتخذتها من أجل إبطاء انتشار فيروس كورونا، حيث شرعت الدول الأوروبية في العملية التدريجية لإعادة فتح اقتصاداتها، على خطى الصين حيث نشأ الفيروس وأغلق في وقت سابق. لكن التداعيات الاقتصادية للوباء تبدو واحدة من أكبر الصدمات منذ أجيال. تعطل النشاط الاقتصادي العادي على نطاق غير مسبوق في وقت السلم حيث تم قلب أنماط الحياة اليومية جذريا. في هذا العدد الخاص توجد بعض المقالات الأصيلة المستندة إلى التحليل الدقيق والعلمي التي تستكشف العلاقة بين أزمة فيروس كورونا المستجد COVID-19 والتحولات الاقتصادية والإدارية.

مطالب علمی و اخبار از سایت سازمان جهانی بهداشت سخنان آغازین مدیرکل سازمان جهانی بهداشت در نشست خبری رسانهای درباره COVID-19 10 آوریل 2020 در سطح جهان، در حال حاضر نزدیک به 5/1 میلیون مورد تائید شده و بیش از 92 هزار مرگ در اثر ابتلا به COVID-19 به سازمان جهانی بهداشت گزارش شده است. در هفته گذشته، ما شاهد روند تدریجی کاهش در برخی از کشورهای اروپایی که سخت درگیر بودند، مانند اسپانیا، ایتالیا، آلمان و فرانسه بودیم. من خوشحال شدم که دوستم بوریس جانسون دیگر در بخش مراقبتهای ویژه نیست. بهترین آرزوها را نهتنها برای بوریس بلکه برای تمام کسانی که با این مشکل مواجه هستند دارم. در همین زمان، ما شاهد شتاب ابتلا نگرانکنندهای در کشورهای دیگر بودیم. در آفریقا، ما شاهد گسترش ویروس در مناطق روستایی هستیم. اکنون شاهد خوشههایی از موارد بیماری و شیوع در بیش از 16 کشور جهان هستیم.

مطالب علمی و اخبار از سایت سازمان جهانی بهداشت سازمان جهانی بهداشت، بنیاد سازمان ملل متحد و همکارانش، اولین صندوق حمایتی مشترک برای پاسخ به COVID-19 را راه اندازی کردند. 13 مارس 2020 ژنو و واشنگتن، صندوق حمایتی مشترکی را، برای حمایت از سازمان جهانی بهداشت (WHO)، جهت کمک به سایر کشورها برای کنترل مناسب همه گیریCOVID-19 ، راه اندازی کردند. حمایت کنندگان این صندوق طیف گسترده ای از اهدا کنندگان کمک های مالی می باشند. این صندوق این امکان را فراهم آورده که افراد، شرکت ها و موسسات از هر نقطه از جهان به طور مستقیم در تلاش های جهانی برای مهار کورونا ویروس مشارکت کنند و توسط بنیاد سازمان ملل و بنیاد خیرخواهی سوئیس ایجاد شده است. دکتر تدرو ادانوم، مدیرکل WHO گفت: ما در پاسخ جهانی به COVID-19 در یک نقطه مهم قرار داریم. ما باید همه در این تلاش عظیم شرکت کنیم تا جهان را ایمن نگه داریم." وی گفت: "ما بی نهایت از بنیاد سازمان ملل و بنیاد بشردوستی سوئیس سپاسگزاریم که می خواهند در راه اندازی این صندوق به ما کمک کنند. بسیاری از مردم و نهادها نیز اعلام کرده اند که می خواهند در مبارزه باcoronavirus کمک کنند. یک جهان: باهم در خانه 18 آوریل 2020 برنامه "یک جهان باهم در خانه"، از شبکههای تلویزیونی اصلی بهصورت آنلاین در تاریخ شنبه 18 آوریل از ساعت 17:00 (زمان لسآنجلس) پخش خواهد شد. این کنسرت مجازی که توسط سازمان بهداشت جهانی و سازمان Global Citizen برگزار شده است، افرادی را که تحت تأثیر بیماری COVID-19 قرارگرفتهاند، جمع میکند تا اقدامات معناداری را برای محافظت از سلامت و حمایت از پاسخ جهانی به COVID-19 انجام دهند. همچنین از کارکنان شجاع مراقبتهای بهداشتی که فداکاری را در خط مقدم انجام میدهند، تجلیل و پشتیبانی به عمل خواهد آورد. با همکاری و کمک بسیاری از هنرمندان در سطح دنیا این رویداد جهانی انجام خواهد شد. هنرمندان و ورزشکارانی که در این برنامه حضور خواهند داشت شامل: آلانیس موریست، آندره بوچلی، بیلی جو آرمسترانگ از گرین روز، برنا پسر، کریس مارتین، دیوید بکهام، التون جان، ادریس و سابینا البا، ج بالوین، جان لژند، کیسی موسراووی، کری واشنگتن، لنگ لنگ، لیززو، مالوما، پل مک کارتی، پریانکا چوپرا جوناس، شاهرخ خان و استیوی واندر هستند."

سخنرانی رئیس سازمان جهانی بهداشت در نشست خبری رسانه ای درباره کورونا ویروس 28 فوریه 2020 در 24 ساعت گذشته، چین 329 مورد را گزارش کرده است، این تعداد کمترین تعداد در یک ماه گذشته است. تا ساعت 6 صبح امروز به وقت ژنو، چین در کل 78959 مورد مبتلا را به WHO گزارش داده است که شامل 2791 مورد مرگ بوده است. در خارج از کشور چین هم اکنون 4351 مورد در 49 کشور و 67 مورد فوت اتفاق افتاده است. از دیروز کشور های دانمارک، استونی، لیتوانی، هلند و نیجریه تولین موارد ابتلا به کوروناویروس را گزارش کرده اند. همه این کشور ها به طریقی با ایتالیا در ارتباط هستند. از ایتالیا 24 فرد مبتلا به 14 کشور و از ایران 97 مورد به 11 کشور دنیا وارد شده اند. افزایش مداوم تعداد موارد و تعداد کشورهای مبتلا طی چند روز گذشته نگران کننده است. اپیدمیولوژیست های ما به طور مداوم این پیشرفت ها را رصد می کنند و ما اکنون ارزیابی خود را در مورد خطر انتشار و خطر ابتلا به COVID-19 به سطح بسیار بالا در سطح جهانی افزایش داده ایم. آنچه که در حال حاضر می بینیم اپیدمی های مرتبط با هم COVID-19 در چندین کشور است اما اکثر این بیماران همچنان قابل ردیابی به موارد شناخته شده از بیماری یا خوشه هایی از بیماری می باشند. ما شواهدی مبنی بر این که ویروس به صورت آزاد در جوامع در حال چرخش است را نمی بینیم. سناریوهای مختلفی در کشورهای مختلف و حتی سناریوهای مختلف در یک کشور وجود دارد، نکته کلیدی شکستن زنجیره های انتقال این ویروس است. دیروز درخصوص کارهایی که کشورها باید برای آماده سازی بیماران و جلوگیری از انتقال پیشرونده ویروس انجام دهند نیز صحبت کردم. گزارش ماموریت مشترک WHO و چین هم اکنون منتشر شده است که به زبان انگلیسی در وب سایت WHO موجود است و همچنین در وب سایت کمیسیون بهداشت ملی به زبان چینی نیز موجود است.

مطالب علمی و اخبار از سایت سازمان جهانی بهداشت بیانیه عمومی برای همکاری در توسعه واکسن COVID-19 در 31 دسامبر سال 2019، سازمان بهداشت جهانی از تعدادی از موارد پنومونی با علت ناشناخته کشف شده در شهر ووهان، استان هوبی چین مطلع شد. مقامات چینی SARS-CoV-2 را به عنوان ویروس ایجاد کننده در 7 ژانویه سال 2020 معرفی کردند، و سازمان بهداشت جهانی در 11 فوریه سال 2020، بیماری را کروناویروس 2019 (COVID-19) نامگذاری کرد. به عنوان بخشی از پاسخ سازمان بهداشت جهانی به طغیان، یک طرح تحقیق و توسعه (R&D) برای تسریع در توسعه تشخیص، واکسن و درمان برای این کروناویروس جدید فعال شد. با هماهنگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی، گروهی از متخصصان با تخصص های متنوع در تلاش هستند تا واکسن های ضد COVID-19 را تولید کنند. این گروه از همه افراد دعوت می کند تا توصیههای لازم را بکار ببرند تا از انتقال ویروس COVID-19 جلوگیری شود. این گروه همچنین از همه به خاطر اعتماد به جامعه علمی تشکر میکند.

کروناویروس ها (CoV) خانواده بزرگی از ویروس ها میباشد که باعث رخداد بیماریهای رایجی مانند سرماخوردگی تا بیماریهای تنفسی مانند سندروم تنفسی خاورمیانه (MERS-Cov) و سندروم حاد تنفسی (SARS-Cov) میشود. کروناویروس نوع جدیدی از این نوع ویروسها میباشد که قبلا در انسان تشخیص داده نشدهاست. کروناویروس ها به اصطلاح زئونوز هستند که طبق تعریف به معنای این است که میتواند در حیوانات و انسانها به طور مشترک باعث ایجاد بیماری شود. برای مثال سندروم حاد تنفسی (SARS-Cov) از طریق گربه زباد (Civet Cat) و سندروم تنفسی خاورمیانه (MERS-Cov) از طریق شتر به انسان انتقال یافتهاست. همچنین چندین نوع از کروناویروسها شناختهشده هستند که در حال حاضر انسان را آلوده نکردهاست. علائم شایع این نوع عفونت شامل علائم تنفسی، تب، سرفه، تنگی نفس و مشکلات تنفسی میباشد که در موارد شدیدتر این عفونت منجر به پنومونی، سندروم حاد تنفسی، نارسایی کلیه و حتی مرگ میشود.

بیانیه مشترک :ICC-WHO فراخوان بخش خصوصی بی سابقه برای اقدام برای مقابله با COVID-19 در یک تلاش هماهنگ برای مقابله با همه گیری بیماری کروناویروس، اتاق بازرگانی بین المللی (ICC) و سازمان بهداشت جهانی (WHO) توافق کرده اند که با همکاری نزدیک برای اطمینان از جدیدترین و مطمئن ترین اطلاعات و راهنمایی های مناسب به جامعه تجارت جهانی برسند. همه گیر یبیماری COVID-19 یک اورژانس بهداشت و سلامت جهانی است که نیاز به اقدام فوری مؤثر دولتها، افراد و مشاغل دارد. همه مشاغل در به حداقل رساندن احتمال انتقال و تأثیر بر جامعه نقش اساسی دارند. اقدام زود هنگام، جسورانه و مؤثر باعث کاهش خطرات کوتاه مدت برای کارمندان و هزینه های بلند مدت برای مشاغل و اقتصاد خواهد شد. برای کمک به این تلاش جمعی، ICC مرتباً مشاوره به روز شده ای را به بیش از 45 میلیون مشاغل خود ارسال خواهد کرد تا مشاغل در همه جا بتوانند اقدامات صحیح و آگاهانه ای را برای محافظت از کارگران، مشتریان و جوامع محلی خود انجام دهند و به تولید و توزیع منابع ضروری کمک کنند.ICC همچنین با پیمایش بخش خصوصی شبکه جهانی، برای ترسیم پاسخ تجارت جهانی در برابر طغیان بیماری کورونا ویروس، به تقویت جریان اطلاعات کمک خواهد کرد. این عمل مشاغل را ترغیب به اتخاذ رویکردهای محتاطانه مناسب و تولید داده ها و بینش های جدید برای حمایت از تلاش های دولت ملی و بین المللی می کند.
