Díaz Álvarez Description An account of the resource Con vistas a comenzar la producción seriada de peletizadores para el recubrimiento y unión de semillas con bioestimulantes y biofertilizantes, se hizo necesaria la definición y selección del sistema de transmisión variable más efectivo y económico, que facilite y haga factible el marco de la promoción y comercialización del mismo. Para la solución del problema planteado, se concretó el objetivo de este trabajo que consiste en estudiar y seleccionar la mejor variante de transmisión variable de la máquina peletizadora de tambor rotatorio, para lo cual se desarrollaron los cálculos de los parámetros de diseño, de explotación y económicos de los sistemas electro mecánico y electro hidráulico. El análisis comparativo demuestra que, aunque ambos sistemas son muy difundidos, se alcanza una mayor efectividad con el sistema de transmisión electro hidráulico al requerir menores dimensiones de sus componentes, para efectuar similar trabajo de variación de la velocidad angular del tambor. El efecto económico y la vida útil son igualmente favorables al sistema en cuestión, lo cual se fundamenta con el auxilio de figuras y tablas.
