Desse modo, emprega-se uma pesquisa de abordagem quantitativa de natureza descritiva. A coleta de dados se deu no período de 16 a 20 de outubro de 2019 por meio da aplicação de formulários estruturados à agricultores familiares e utilizou-se como procedimentos de análises dos dados, a estatística descritiva, Alpha de Cronbach e KMO e Análise Fatorial. Pode-se concluir, portanto, que a agricultura familiar do município de Augustinópolis (TO) se apresentou como uma atividade com grande potencial de melhoria de qualidade de vida dos participantes da pesquisa, mas que precisam superar os conflitos que impactam nas dificuldades quanto ao apoio técnico, político e à participação em programas, além da falta de comunicação e orientação para aquisição de crédito para melhor atuarem em sua profissão e adquirirem insumos para alavancar a produção.
