                <text>Abstract Background Pulmonary embolism (PE) is one of the known sequels of COVID-19 infection. We aimed to assess the incidence of PE in patients with COVID-19 infection and to evaluate the relationship between the CT severity of the disease and the laboratory indicators. This was a retrospective study conducted on 96 patients with COVID-19 infection proved by positive PCR who underwent CT pulmonary angiography (CTPA) with a calculation of the CT severity of COVID-19 infection. Available patients’ complaint and laboratory data at the time of CTPA were correlated with PE presence and disease severity. Results Forty patients (41.7%) showed positive PE with the median time for the incidence of PE which was 12 days after onset of the disease. No significant correlation was found between the incidence of PE and the patients’ age, sex, laboratory results, and the CT severity of COVID-19. A statistically significant relation was found between the incidence of PE and the patients’ desaturation, hemoptysis, and chest pain. A highly significant correlation was found between the incidence of PE and the rising in the D-dimer level as well as the progressive CT findings when compared to the previous one. Conclusion CT progression and the rising in D-dimer level are considered the most important parameters suggesting underlying PE in patients with positive COVID-19 infection which is commonly seen during the second week of infection and alert the use of CT pulmonary angiography to exclude or confirm PE. This is may help in improving the management of COVID-19 infection.</text>

                <text>Abstract Background Coronavirus (COVID-19) pneumonia emerged in Wuhan, China, in December 2019. It was highly contagious spreading all over the world, with a rapid increase in the number of deaths. The reported cases have reached more than 14 million with more than 600,000 deaths around the world. So, the pandemic of COVID-19 became a surpassing healthcare crisis with an intensive load on the healthcare resources. In this study, the aim was to differentiate COVID-19 pneumonia from its mimickers as atypical infection, interstitial lung diseases, and eosinophilic lung diseases based on CT, clinical, and laboratory findings. Results This retrospective study included 260 patients, of which 220 were confirmed as COVID-19 positive by two repeated RT-PCR test and 40 were classified as non-COVID by two repeated negative RT-PCR test or identification of other pathogens, other relevant histories, or clinical findings. In this study, 158 patients were male (60.7 %) and 102 patients were female (39.3%). There was 60.9% of the COVID-19 group were male and 39.1% were female. Patients in the non-COVID group were significantly older (the mean age was 46.4) than those in the confirmed COVID-19 group (35.2y). In the COVID-19 group, there was exposure history to positive cases in 84.1% while positive exposure history was 20% in the non-COVID group. Conclusion The spectrum of CT imaging findings in COVID-19 pneumonia is wide that could be contributed by many other diseases making the interpretation of chest CTs nowadays challenging to differentiate between different diseases having the same signs and act as deceiving simulators in the era of COVID-19.</text>

                <text>Throughout history, humankind has lived through many crises arising from pandemics, and it is currently in the midst of one. Coronavirus disease, caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2, is causing serious problems related to public health and socioeconomic status across the globe. Having started in Asia, the disease has already reached Europe, Africa, and more recently the Americas; hence, it is necessary to understand the context in which it spreads in regions that carry high risks associated with social vulnerability, as in the case of Latin America. Brazil is the South American country most affected by the pandemic—its first case was confirmed at the end of February 2020, and in less than two months, its total number of cases has already crossed 25,000. Among its worst-hit states, Ceará in Northeast Brazil worries health agencies as there have already been more than 2,000 cases in the 30 days of the outbreak in the state. Even more worrying is its capital Fortaleza, which has become the epicenter of the spread of the disease in Ceará, accounting for 86.5% cases and 67% deaths in the state—95% of the neighborhoods in Fortaleza have confirmed cases of the disease. An aspect that particularly causes concern is the disease’s diffusion, from neighborhoods with the highest family income to those with the lowest, directly affecting the socially vulnerable populations in territories with a majority of precarious settlements; in Fortaleza, favelas are the main type of precarious settlements (73.6%). The analyses presented as part of this research can assist in identifying priority areas for state intervention through family assistance resources.</text>

                <text>Pada bulan Maret 2020 Presiden Indonesia dan berdasar Surat Edaran Kemendikbud Nomor 4 Tahun 2020 memandatkan untuk siswa belajar dari rumah akibat dari pandemi Covid-19. Adapun studi ini bertujuan untuk menguji keefektifan penggunaan media edutainment saat belajar dari rumah mulai diberlakukan akibat dari Covid-19. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Adapaun data didapatkan menggunakan suatu instrumen tes dan non tes yang dapat diakses secara online. Sebanyak 2 jenis angket yang digunakan pada penelitian ini, yakni angket guru dan angket siswa. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 232 siswa (M = 15 tahun; SD = 0,5 tahun) serta 32 guru matematika (M = 34 tahun; SD = 0,4 tahun). Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas siswa dan guru memiliki persepsi yang positif untuk menggunakan media edutainment (pada fase kuesioner). Selain itu melalui media edutainment pada pembelajaran via daring, pencapaian aspek kognitif siswa (pada fase tes) juga memperoleh hasil yang positif. Sehingga hasil secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa media edutainment efektif dalam menemani siswa belajar dari rumah.     In March 2020, President of Indonesia and based on the Ministry of Education and Culture Circular Letter 4 of 2020 mandated for students to learn from home as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. The study aims to test the effectiveness of the use of media edutainment while learning from home began to apply as a result of Covid-19. Data is analyzed using quantitative and qualitative methods. The data is obtained using a test and non-test instrument that can be accessed online. A total of 2 types of questionnaires were used in this study, namely the teacher questionnaire and student questionnaire. The research sample consisted of 232 students (M = 15 years; SD = 0.5 years) and 32 mathematics teachers (M = 34 years; SD = 0.4 years). The results of the study show that the majority of students and teachers have a positive perception in using edutainment media (questionnaire phase). In addition, through the media edutainment,, students of achievement  (in the test phase) has also gained positive results. So the overall results show that the media edutainment is effective in accompanying students learning from home.</text>

                <text>The present COVID-19 pandemic, caused by the airborne SARS-CoV-2 virus, has highlighted the vital importance of appropriate personal protective equipment for all exposed health care workers. The single most important part of this armor is the N-95 mask. With the awareness that the virus is spread by both droplets and through the aerosolized route, the N-95 provides protection that a surgical mask cannot match. This timely review looks at the special advantages that an N-95 offers over a surgical mask with specific reference to the COVID-19 epidemic. It also emphasizes the crucial importance of ensuring quality masks with a proper fit. Finally, with acute scarcities of N-95 masks being reported from hospitals globally, it reviews recent literature which attempts to prolong the life of these masks with extended use, reuse and decontamination of used masks.</text>

                <text>Background. The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak in Wuhan, China, was caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Anisodamine hydrobromide injection (AHI), the main ingredient of which is anisodamine, is a listed drug for improving microcirculation in China. Anisodamine can improve the condition of patients with COVID-19. Materials and Methods. Protein-protein interactions obtained from the String databases were used to construct the protein interaction network (PIN) of AHI using Cytoscape. The crucial targets of AHI PIN were screened by calculating three topological parameters. Gene ontology and pathway enrichment analyses were performed. The intersection between the AHI component proteins and angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) coexpression proteins was analyzed. We further investigated our predictions of crucial targets by performing molecular docking studies with anisodamine. Results. The PIN of AHI, including 172 nodes and 1454 interactions, was constructed. A total of 54 crucial targets were obtained based on topological feature calculations. The results of Gene Ontology showed that AHI could regulate cell death, cytokine-mediated signaling pathways, and immune system processes. KEGG disease pathways were mainly enriched in viral infections, cancer, and immune system diseases. Between AHI targets and ACE2 coexpression proteins, 26 common proteins were obtained. The results of molecular docking showed that anisodamine bound well to all the crucial targets. Conclusion. The network pharmacological strategy integrated molecular docking to explore the mechanism of action of AHI against COVID-19. It provides protein targets associated with COVID-19 that may be further tested as therapeutic targets of anisodamine.</text>

                <text>E-mail is an important and fast  mean of conveying information among  people, banks, companies and organizations, that information is often important, sensitive and secret, this make it worthy to attackers who can use it for harmful purposes. Spread of coronavirus in most countries of the world and the huge amount of media coverage surrounding this virus led to emergence phishing emails by exploiting coronavirus pandemic. Phishing emails are scam messages used by fraudsters to take out secret information from persons by pretending that it is from official sources. In this paper a novel method has been proposed to detect the coronavirus phishing emails and distinguish them from legitimate mails by using Echo state neural network(ESN), after preprocessing the emails, features are selected from the header and body  of it, these features are given as fed to the (ESN) algorithm to classify emails as malicious or legitimate. The results showed the efficiency and accuracy of the algorithm used in the detection of coronavirus phishing emails, where the rate of accuracy, precision, recall and F-measure are 99.392, 98.892, 99888, and 99.387 respectively with low required processing time (0.00092 msec.) for testing and (165.19 msec.) for training.</text>

                <text>The outbreak of a neurological disorder was first discovered as a new coronavirus (2019-nCoV) in Wuhan, China. The infection spread rapidly in China and throughout the world, including Malaysia. Malaysia recorded its initial case on 25 January 2020 with intensifying numbers since March 2020. Due to this uncertain circumstance, Malaysia has introduced the Movement Control Order (MCO) with the main aim of isolating the source of the COVID-19 outbreak, which was effective from 18 March 2020. The restriction has observed fewer vehicles on the road with industrial and commercial activities being suspended. The objective of the study is to quantify the effects of MCO to food waste generation in town and district areas of Klang Valley, Malaysia. Food waste generation data was derived from the Project Delivery Department, KDEB Waste Management on a daily basis before (19 February–17 March 2020) and during the MCO (18 March–14 April 2020) at 12 local authorities in Selangor, Malaysia. The data was obtained with the limitation of assumption that there is no waste compositional analysis to be conducted in 2020. Despite the stay-at-home order, food waste data showed a descriptive reduction of up to 15.1% during the MCO. Statistical analysis of food waste generation from one-way variance has shown that municipal and district local authorities recorded a significant reduction (p &lt; 0.50) during the MCO. The food waste reduction during the MCO will deliver as the evidence-based results to push the need for policies in Malaysia as per the goals outlined in Sustainable Development Goals of global food loss and waste.</text>

However, all the needs of newborns must remain a priority, especially regarding protection against possible transmission and nutritional needs, especially breast milk or formula milk. The care of the baby depends on the health condition or the wishes of the mother and family. In mothers with severe COVID-19, babies must be treated separately from their mothers. Conversely, if the mother is asymptomatic, the baby can be treated together, but still according to health protocols. Two impacts on the baby are related to breastfeeding are the risk of transmission and the effects of drugs taken by the mother that can be transmitted through breast milk.                 <text>E-commerce-related last-mile logistics have a great impact on cities. Recent years have seen sustained growth in e-commerce in most developed countries, a trend that has only been reinforced by the COVID-19 pandemic. The perceived impact of this phenomenon varies depending upon the perspective of the players involved: individual members of the public, companies, or the public administrations. Tackling the issue from these perspectives, the goal of this article is to explore the kinds of impact this phenomenon has and will have. We use as the basis for their classification the so-called triple bottom line (TBL) of sustainability, encompassing people, planet, and profit; we complement this with the impact classification used by the European Science Foundation’s impact assessment working group. After performing a systematic review of the literature following PRISMA guidelines, our results show that, albeit to different degrees, the four impact dimensions analyzed (economic, social, environmental, and technological) have only received incipient coverage in the existing literature. Given its ever-growing importance, we believe that greater attention needs to be paid to this phenomenon, especially with regard to those aspects having the greatest impact upon urban systems and the different stakeholders involved. Only in this way can the public policies needed to mitigate these externalities be properly implemented.</text>
