Em especial em áreas cobertas pela Floresta Atlântica como Ubatuba – SP, onde habitam comunidades que utilizam serviços gerados pela natureza. Este estudo avaliou a percepção sobre serviços ecossistêmicos de 20 agricultores familiares que praticam agriculturas de base ecológica em Ubatuba. Realizaram-se entrevistas semiestruturadas para identificar os serviços percebidos pelos agricultores. As respostas foram classificadas de acordo com as funções de regulação, de habitat, de produção e de informação. A seguir realizou-se o cálculo do Índice de Consolidação da Percepção do Ecossistema (ICPE). De forma geral houve baixa percepção dos serviços ecossistêmicos, sendo regulação e informação as funções que obtiveram ICPE mais elevado. Houve dissociação da relação entre floresta e produção agrícola, pois os serviços gerados pela função de habitat foram percebidos por apenas 30% dos agricultores. Os resultados evidenciaram a necessidade de uma visão integrada de Assistência Técnica e Extensão Rural agregando os órgãos de extensão e de conservação, os quais devem considerar os agricultores protagonistas de qualquer processo a ser implementado. Assim, é possível proteger a cultura local e seu conhecimento tradicional ao mesmo tempo em que se conserva a Floresta Atlântica. El diseño experimental fue completamente al azar con arreglo factorial 4 x 2, los tratamientos consistieron de cuatro niveles de conductividad eléctrica (CE) en el agua de riego (0, 2, 4 y 6 dS/m) y la aplicación o no de los bioestimulantes, en la inoculación de semillas (6% de amino ácidos libres) y vía foliar (30% de amino ácidos libres), dando ocho tratamientos de acuerdo a la combinación de ambos factores y cinco repeticiones. Las variables evaluadas fueron porcentaje de emergencia, peso fresco de la parte aérea (PFPA), tasa de crecimiento absoluto (TCA), evolución de la altura, altura final, número, ancho y largo de hoja, diámetro del tallo, color de hoja, índice de mortandad y relación K+/Na+ en hoja, tallo y raíz. Con los datos se realizó análisis de varianza, test de Tukey (p≤0,05), análisis de regresión y de correlación. El aumento de la CE tuvo efecto negativo sobre todas las variables evaluadas, siendo las diferencias estadísticamente significativas. La aplicación de los bioestimulantes produjo un incremento del 64% en el PFPA y la TCA. A los 4 y 6 dS/m se produjo 43% de mortandad. Se evidenció una reducción de la relación K+/Na+ con el aumento de la CE en todos los órganos estudiados. Em ambos os experimentos, os tratamentos consistiram das variações de rotação do motor do trator (i) 2200rpm (rotações por minutos); (ii) 2000rpm; (iii) 1600rpm e as testemunhas (iv) capinada e (v) sem capina. O equipamento utilizado para aplicação dos tratamentos foi o Eletroherb (Sayyou do Brasil). As plantas daninhas existentes na área experimental foram o amendoim-bravo (Euphorbia heterophylla), a corda-de-viola (Ipomoea spp.), a guanxuma (Sida spp.), o capim-marmelada (Brachiaria plantaginea) e o capim-colchão (Digitaria spp.). O emprego de descarga elétrica é eficiente no controle das plantas daninhas da cultura da soja. A rotação 2200rpm proporcionou o melhor controle e, consequentemente, a maior produtividade da soja.Two experiments were carried out in no-till organic soybean area in São Miguel do Iguaçu, Paraná State, Brazil, in order to evaluate the weed control using electrical discharge. The experiments were arranged in a complete block design, with four replicates. The voltages were fixed in 4400V (experiment 1) and 6800V (experiment 2). In both experiments, the treatments consisted by different revolution tractor: (i) 2200rpm (revolutions per minute); (ii) 2000rpm; (iii) 1600rpm; and two checks [(iv) unweeded control and (v) weeded control]. The equipment Eletroherb (Sayyou do Brasil) was used to apply the electrical discharges. The weeds presented in the experimental area were wild poinsettia (Euphorbia heterophylla), morningglory (Ipomoea spp.), prickly Sida (Sida spp.), alexandergrass (Brachiaria plantaginea) and crabgrass (Digitaria spp.). The electrical discharge use was efficient in controlling weeds in soybean crop; 2200rpm produced efficient weed control and, consequently high soybean yield. Apenas uma microbacia (BR-163) apresentou pH no intervalo aceitável, e todas as microbacias do PA-Moju superaram o limite estabelecido para clorofila-a. A cor apresentou desconformidade em quatro microbacias da Curuá-Una, durante o período chuvoso. As atividades antrópicas estão causando assoreamento e aporte de compostos e nutrientes aos recursos hídricos, promovendo a sua degradação. A Resolução nº 357/05 necessita de adequações para a região Amazônica, visto que alguns parâmetros que apresentaram valores em desconformidade com a legislação refletem condições naturais da região. Gómez-Méndez Description An account of the resource Abstract Background The co-transformation of solid waste of natural and anthropogenic origin can be carried out through solid-state-fermentation systems to obtain bio-products with higher added value and lower environmental impact. Methods To evaluate the effect of Pleurotus ostreatus on co-transformation of oxo-degradable low-density polyethylene (LDPEoxo) sheets and lignocellulosic biomass (LCB), were assembled two 0.75 L microcosm systems in vertical (VMS) and horizontal (HMS) position. The pre-treated sheets with luminescent O2 plasma discharges were mixed with pine bark, hydrolyzed brewer’s yeast and paper napkin fragments and incubated for 135 days at 20 ± 1.0 °C in the presence of the fungus. With the co-transformation residues, biochar (BC) was produced at 300 ± 1.0 °C (BC300) for 1 h, then used to carry out adsorption studies, using the malachite green dye (MG) at pH 4.0, 7.0 and 9.0 ± 0.2. Finally, the biochar was the substrate for the germination of carnation seeds (Dianthus caryophyllus) and Ray-grass (Lolium sp.) in vitro. Results For HMS, the decrease in static contact angle (SCA) was 63.63% (p = 0.00824) and for VMS 74.45% (p = 0.00219), concerning the pristine. Plastic roughness in VMS was higher (26%) concerning the control. Throughout the 135 days, there were fungal growth and consequently laccase (Lac), manganese peroxidase (MnP) and lignin peroxidase (LiP) activities. During the first 75 days, CO2 production increased to 4.78 ± 0.01 and 4.98 ± 0.01 mg g-1 for HMS and VMS, respectively. In MG adsorption studies, the highest amount of the colourant adsorbed at both pH 4.0 and 7.0 ± 0.2. Conclusions Finally, the biochar or the biochar enriched with low concentrations of plant growth-promoting microorganisms and inorganic fertilizer favours the germination of Dianthus caryophyllus and Lolium sp., seeds.
