Esta investigación propone un sistema de reconocimiento rápido y eficaz de lesiones necróticas para la detección temprana de la plaga thrips en el guisante mediante la implementación del método de deep learning yolov4-tiny. Los resultados alcanzados por el sistema desarrollado mostraron que la IoU (Intersección sobre la Unión) es de 59,23% para una mAP (Precisión Media) de 87,8% sobre un conjunto de datos de alta densidad. Además, cada uno de los valores entregados por el sistema fueron comparados con un diagnóstico prescrito que fue realizado por un experto en la producción del cultivo a través de observaciones directas al guisante. De esta manera, se llegó a establecer que el sistema tiene una efectividad del 80%. The replication of SARS-CoV-2 RNA genome involves the core replication-transcription complex (RTC, nsp12-nsp7-nsp8) and the proofreading complex (nsp14-nsp10) that can correct mismatched base pairs during replication. Structures and functions of SARS-CoV-2 RTC have been actively studied, yet little is known about SARS-CoV-2 nsp14-nsp10. Here, we purified, reconstituted, and characterized the SARS-CoV-2 nsp14-nsp10 proofreading nuclease in vitro. We show that SARS-CoV-2 nsp14 is activated by nsp10, functioning as a potent RNase that can hydrolyze RNAs in the context of single- and double-stranded RNA and RNA/DNA hybrid duplex. SARS-CoV-2 nsp14-nsp10 shows a metal-dependent nuclease activity but has different metal selectivity from RTC. While RTC is activated by Ca2+, nsp14-nsp10 is completely inhibited. Importantly, the reconstituted SARS-CoV-2 nsp14-nsp10 efficiently removed the A:A mismatch at the 3'-end of the primer, enabling the stalled RTC to restart RNA replication. Our collective results confirm that SARS-CoV-2 nsp14-nsp10 functions as the RNA proofreading complex in SARS-CoV-2 replication and provide a useful foundation to understand the structure and function of SARS-CoV-2 RNA metabolism. Fire ecology is an interdisciplinary activity concerning the study of natural processes that involve fire interactions with biotic and abiotic components of the ecosystems. Numerous studies focused on the knowledge of the evolution of natural and human ecosystems under the recurrent influence of fire need the interdisciplinary work between Ecology and Earth Sciences. The effect of natural and anthropogenic fires on the evolution of the landscape, its impact on forest communities and the response of ecosystems to fires are topics for debate and should be evaluated at both temporal and spatial scales. Abstract The article makes a historical reconstruction of the peri-urban territories of Córdoba, with focus on those intended for the city’s food supply, systematizing research and historical cartography of the period. This allows us to define the structural conditions that emerged during this period, which include processes of occupation, invasion and dispossession that structure the territory until today. As a result, we see the peri-urban territory as essential for the city, in terms of food production and landscape, human and productive heritage. In addition, we provide a new cartography of each historical juncture detected.
