Le réchauffement global de l'atmosphére est un des plus importants problémes de l'environnement, celui-ci est causé essentiellement par la combustión des énergies fossiles et par la déforestacion. C'est pourquoi il s'agit de dissuader les PVD afin qu'iis ne conditionnent leur progrés á ce genre de combustibles. Le succés de cet entreprise dépend absolument de la solidarité des pays riches.  The accelerated economic growth of the developped countries and the dangerous imitation of this model by the developing countries means a serious and worrying threat for the people of this planet. The global heating of the atmosphere is one of the most concerning environmental probiem, which is basically caused by the burning of fossil énergies and deforestation. Therefore, it is necessary to deter developing countries from using  fossil fuels in their effort to progress. The achievement of this goal depends on the solidarity of the rich countries.</text>

                <text>En el mundo hoy, no constituye un problema la cantidad de clones de malanga que emiten inflorescencias ni la disponibilidad del polen que producen ni la viabilidad del mismo, pero en Cuba la emisión de inflorescencia es de vital importancia, las accesiones con más rendimiento no son precisamente, las que emiten inflorescencias, lo hacen muy rara o ninguna vez y cuando lo hacen, casi nunca producen polen y pocas veces éste resulta viable. Por tal razón el objetivo de nuestra investigación es evaluar la fertilidad y viabilidad del polen en las accesiones de malanga (Colocasia esculenta). Se evaluaron las accesiones conservada en el germoplasma de esta especie conservada en el Instituto de Investigaciones de Viandas tropicales (INIVIT), en el período comprendido entre diciembre de 2015 a diciembre de 2016. Se seleccionaron 19 accesiones por emitir inflorescencia en condiciones de campo a las que se le realizó la Prueba de Tinción o viabilidad de polen de Gelatina de Acetocarmín Glicerol.  El resultado se expresó como el porcentaje respecto al número total de granos de polen, se empleó el descriptor basado en los rangos de viabilidad de polen para determinar si las accesiones pueden ser utilizadas como parentales masculinos en los programas de mejoramiento del cultivo y se determinó que cinco de las 19 accesiones evaluadas producen polen viable, las cuales permiten considerarlas como progenitores masculinos potenciales en el programa de mejoramiento genético por hibridación de esta especie.</text>

Evaluar la viabilidad económica y financiera de los sistemas silvopastoriles tradicionales para la producción de Biocombustibles como aporte a la sostenibilidad del proyecto “Piñón para Galápagos”. Materiales y Métodos. Se llevaron a cabo encuestas a 450 pequeños productores ganaderos de 10 cantones de la provincia de Manabí con la finalidad de colectar información agronómica, manejo, costos implicados en establecimiento y producción de los sistemas silvopastoriles vigentes de Piñón (Jatropha curcas L.)/Saboya (Megathyrsus maximus). Para recopilar datos de producción del Piñón establecido en cercas vivas de Piñón INIAP CP041 e igualmente se registró la producción de sistemas en 10 sitios, desde el año 2009. Con estos datos se calcularon los siguientes indicadores financieros radio beneficio/costo (B/C), valor actual neto (VAN), tasa interna de retorno (TIR) y valor de expectativa de la tierra (VET). Resultados. El estudio mostró una disminución de la producción del Piñón con el transcurso del tiempo. El sistema silvopastoril mejorado con Piñón INIAP CP041 mostró B/C 1.07, VAN de USD$ 404.11, VET USD$ 970.23 y TIR de 18%. Seguido del sistema silvopastoril con Piñón local con un B/C 1.06, VAN de USD$ 363.66, VET USD$ 873.10 y TIR de 17% y finalmente sistema silvopastoril sin cosecha del Piñón con un B/C 1.05, VAN de USD$ 285.72, VET USD$ 685.99 y TIR de 15%. Conclusiones. La alternativa de producción de biocombustibles con sistemas silvopastoriles Piñón (INIAP CP041)/Saboya en Manabí es el sistema de mayor rentabilidad y no competiría por superficies de cultivo para la producción de alimentos, sin afectar a la seguridad alimentaria.</text>

                <text>La variabilidad climática actual se caracteriza por provocar cambios bruscos en los cursos fitoclimáticos, lo que está desencadenando procesos de mortalidad de especies forestales. El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar la adecuación fitoclimática de las masas artificiales de Pinus sylvestris L. en la Sierra de los Filabres (Almería), para lo cual se analizaron 35 variables fitoclimáticas que determinan la estabilidad climática de la especie. El estudio de los valores interanuales de las variables climáticas indica que entre 1970 y 1980 comenzó una perturbación climática amplia, modificando la estacionalidad y la variabilidad de las precipitaciones y de las temperaturas. Como rasgos más significativos tenemos el aumento de las temperaturas, sobre todo de las máximas, el aumento de la oscilación térmica y de los extremos diarios, la disminución global de precipitación, el aumento grave de la aridez primaveral y el deterioro de todas las variables ómbricas. El estudio de las estaciones con masas repobladas de pino silvestre en Andalucía oriental indica que las estaciones están fuera de la nube de puntos de las masas de pino silvestre establecidas en España. Las masas de pino silvestre de la Sierra de los Filabres están notablemente fuera de estación en todas sus características fitoclimáticas y pueden desaparecer progresiva o bruscamente, sobre todo si se implanta un cambio climático.</text>

                <text>A consorciação de culturas é um sistema de cultivo que tem como objetivos principais alcançar alta produtividade por unidade de área e promover a sustentabilidade do sistema de produção. Objetivou-se com este trabalho avaliar a viabilidade agronômica e a rentabilidade econômica do consórcio do taro (Colocasia esculenta) com feijão-vagem (Phaseolus vulgaris) de hábito de crescimento indeterminado. O experimento foi conduzido a campo, na horta do Departamento de Fitotecnia da Universidade Federal de Viçosa, no período de outubro/2011 a junho/2012. Constou de sete tratamentos resultantes de três cultivos consorciados do taro com feijão-vagem, estabelecidos aos 0, 21 e 42 dias após o plantio do taro, e de quatro monoculturas, sendo três do feijão-vagem, estabelecidas nas mesmas épocas dos cultivos consorciados com o taro, e de uma do taro. O delineamento experimental utilizado foi o de blocos casualizados, com quatro repetições. Como material propagativo, utilizou-se o clone 'Japonês' e o cultivar de feijão-vagem 'Estrela'. A determinação dos custos de produção dos cultivos foi realizada com base no custo operacional de produção. Todos os sistemas consorciados foram agronomicamente viáveis, por apresentar Uso Eficiente da Terra (UET) acima de um. Dentre esses destacam-se os consórcios do feijão-vagem com o taro implementados a 0 e 21 dias após o plantio do taro, por proporcionarem maior renda líquida e vantagem monetária corrigida.</text>
