                <text>Com o desenvolvimento do modo de produção capitalista, que instituiu a propriedade privada da terra, tanto a habitação quanto as benfeitorias que as envolve tornaram-se mercadorias apresentando um preço pautado pelas regras do mercado. O montante pago por uma parcela do espaço urbano está diretamente relacionado ao tempo despendido e acumulado para sua configuração, ou seja, ao processo de trabalho e, assim, à produção de valor. Tal fato leva a valorização real ou potencial diferenciada espacialmente e a essência da explicação da distribuição dos grupos sociais no contexto das diferentes cidades. O objetivo deste trabalho consistiu no entendimento da relação existente entre a valorização da terra urbana e a presença das áreas verdes na cidade de Paulínia (SP). Para isso, a metodologia empregada centrou-se na aplicação de tecnologias de geoprocessamento, em especial nos Sistemas de Informação Geográfica, para elaboração de mapas temáticos como suporte as análises qualiquantitativas realizadas. Os resultados alcançados permitiram uma melhor compreensão do processo de valorização da terra em Paulínia, que está relacionado, sobretudo à distribuição desigual de investimentos e infraestruturas e a alocação diferenciada de amenidades, como as áreas verdes urbanas que se encontram, em sua maior parte, nas localidades mais valorizadas da cidade, estando frequentemente imbricadas de valor monetário e simbólico.</text>

                <text>Buscando o aumento da produtividade do feijoeiro, várias pesquisas com reguladores de crescimento e hormônios, associados a nutrientes que objetivam acelerar o desenvolvimento das plantas vêm sendo realizadas. O objetivo do presente trabalho foi avaliar o efeito da aplicação do regulador de crescimento Kelpak nas doses de 100, 200 e 250 ml ha-1 via semente e 750, 1000 e 2000 ml ha-1 via foliar aos 15 e 30 DAE e em pré-florada na produtividade do feijoeiro e sua eficiência em comparação à aplicação do produto considerado padrão (Stimulate). O experimento foi conduzido na Fazenda Capim Branco, no município de Uberlândia, MG. A aplicação de Kelpak aumentou significativamente a produção do feijoeiro quando aplicado via semente na dose de 200 ml ha-1. A aplicação do bioestimulante em duas vias (via semente e via foliar) resultou em maior produtividade em relação à aplicação isolada, ou seja, apenas via semente ou via foliar.</text>

                <text>A acidez do solo limita a produtividade de grãos de milho e soja, sendo utilizado, em geral, calcário para corrigi-la. No entanto, alguns resíduos industriais podem ser usados para neutralizar as fontes de acidez do solo, como é o caso do rejeito de reciclagem de papel. Por outro lado, devido à presença de metais pesados nesse resíduo, que, dependendo da concentração nos alimentos, podem ser nocivos à saúde, há necessidade de verificação dos teores desses elementos nos grãos produzidos em solo que recebeu o produto. O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar o efeito da aplicação de resíduo de reciclagem de papel em solo ácido sobre a produtividade de grãos de milho e soja e sobre os teores de nutrientes e metais pesados nos grãos. Foi conduzido um experimento em Papanduva, SC, em delineamento experimental de blocos completos casualizados, com três repetições. Foram avaliadas as seguintes doses de resíduo (base úmida – 65% de água): 64, 127, 191, 254, 382 e 509t/ha. Também foram avaliados tratamentos com aplicação de calcário dolomítico e sem aplicação de resíduo ou calcário. O resíduo e o calcário foram incorporados ao solo até 20cm de profundidade, por meio de uma aração e três gradagens, em junho de 2004. Nas safras subsequentes foram cultivados milho (anos agrícolas 2004/05 e 2006/07) e soja (ano agrícola 2005/06) na área experimental. O resíduo aplicado no solo aumentou a produtividade de grãos de milho e soja. Os teores de P e Cu nos grãos de milho e soja foram alterados pela aplicação do resíduo de reciclagem de papel em solo ácido. Os teores de Hg, Pb, Ni, Cd, Cr e Zn nos grãos de milho e soja não foram afetados pela aplicação do resíduo.</text>

                <text>A forma urbana contemporânea observada na Região Metropolitana de Campinas, resultante do processo de dispersão e fragmentação, necessita ser melhor estudada. O presente artigo apresenta métodos de análise provenientes de diferentes áreas: morfologia, ecologia e estudos da paisagem urbana. Os conceitos, métodos e procedimentos aqui apresentados tiveram a contribuição da rede de pesquisadores chamada QUAPÁ-SEL (Quadro do Paisagismo – Sistema de Espaços Livres) que estuda a relação entre o sistema de espaços livres e a forma urbana. Adota-se uma abordagem de análise em três diferentes escalas: i) região metropolitana, formada por 20 municípios; ii) bairros, constituídos de diferentes tecidos urbanos; e iii) quadra urbana, onde o espaço edificado e o espaço livre de edificação geram o espaço urbano. Nas três escalas o sistema de espaços livres é o protagonista da análise. O resultado apresentado indica os ganhos que os procedimentos de leitura e análise oferecem na compreensão do processo de fragmentação e dispersão urbana. O método adotado busca aproximar técnicas de análise de diferentes campos do conhecimento integrando os procedimentos adotados nos estudos morfológicos às técnicas utilizadas no campo da ecologia e nos estudos sobre a paisagem urbana.</text>

                <text>Conciliou-se o campo teórico e a prática para verificar a aplicabilidade do sistema de indicadores, denominado Desenvolvimento Alternativo e Sustentável na Agricultura Familiar (DASAF) e, com o auxílio de ferramentas e técnicas com a capacidade de identificar elementos ligados ao princípio da igualdade, da solidariedade e da proteção à natureza na agricultura familiar escolheu-se uma comunidade rural localizada em Pombal-PB. Metodologicamente o sistema de indicadores DASAF foi estruturado a partir de elementos disponíveis em duas teorias: o desenvolvimento alternativo e o desenvolvimento sustentável, assim ele estruturou-se com: Três princípios (Igualdade, Solidariedade e Proteção à natureza); três dimensões (Formas de Organização, Viabilidade e, Potencial Emancipatório) e seus respectivos temas e indicadores. A dimensão Formas de Organização apresentou seis (06) temas e, dezoito (18) indicadores. A dimensão Viabilidade alicerçou-se em seis (06) temas e, seis (06) indicadores. E, a dimensão Potencial Emancipatório pautou-se em cinco (05) temas e, cinco (05) indicadores. A aplicação foi realizada em Várzea Comprida dos Oliveiras junto aos agricultores familiares cultivadores de hortaliças e o resultado foi verificar que esta comunidade rural possui vinculação intermediária entre suas práticas e valores e a teoria. </text>

                <text>La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo evaluar el efecto de la aplicación de abonos orgánicos y biofertilizante en el comportamiento agronómico del cultivo de lechuga. Para el experimento se utilizó un diseño en bloques al azar (DBCA), con tres repeticiones y ocho tratamientos. Se utilizaron diferentes dosis de abonos orgánicos y biofertilizante en cada tratamiento, usando un testigo. La aplicación de los abonos orgánicos se hizo al momento de la preparación del terreno y la aplicación del biol se realizó a los 10, 20 y 30 días después del trasplante. En el procedimiento se realizó la preparación y nivelación del terreno, mientras que el trasplante se realizó al mes después del almacigado. Los parámetros evaluados en etapa de cosecha fueron: altura, diámetro, número de hojas, peso y rendimiento. Los resultados indicaron que hubo diferencias significativas entre tratamientos, mostrándose el T8 (biol + humus + de guano de islas) superior a los demás, y obteniendo los mayores promedios en altura y diámetro, con 23,43 y 34,33 cm, respectivamente.Además logró una cantidad mayor de 24 hojas por planta.                 <text>La aplicación de biofertilizantes y bioestimulantes influyen en varias respuestas fisiológicas de los cultivos, con ello se puede potencializar la calidad de las cosechas. Por lo cual la utilización de dichos productos puede minimizar la fertilización sintética, al mismo tiempo de incrementar la tolerancia al estrés biótico en el agroecosistema. Este estudio fue desarrollado con el propósito de valorar el impacto del quitosano, hongos micorrízicos y ácidos húmicos en el crecimiento de variedades de pimiento en condiciones protegidas. El método de prueba utilizado fue aleatorio en un factorial 2 × 4 con 3 réplicas, donde el primer factor fueron las variedades (Magaly y Lycal), y el segundo los bioestimulantes: ácidos húmicos (1:30v/v), quitosano (3 g L-1 de agua) y hongos micorrízicos (20 g de esporas ml-1), y un testigo (control) por cada variedad (sin aplicación de bioactivos). Los resultados demostraron que los tres bioactivos estudiados incrementaron entre 11.66 y 16.67% la germinación de las semillas, mientras que la emergencia fue potenciada por los ácidos húmicos y quitosano. Por su parte los ácidos húmicos produjeron plantas de mayor altura a los 25 y 45 días después de la siembra (ddt), y tallos de mayor diámetro. Esto a su vez incrementó la biomasa fresca y seca de las plántulas (339.38 y 106.72 g), de la misma manera influyeron en el incremento de frutos por planta (15.33 frutos), longitud, diámetro y peso (12.22 cm, 43.33 mm y 92.22 g). Se generaron valores mayores en el rendimiento de la variedad Magaly con 29.16 Mg ha-1. La variedad Magaly superó significativamente a la variedad Lycal en cuanto a germinación (96.67%), emergencia (95%), altura de plantas y diámetro del tallo (25 y 45 ddt).</text>

                <text>Los suelos bajo producción hortícola/florícola presentan, generalmente, elevada degradación. La aplicación de biochar está mencionada como una alternativa para mitigar la degradación de los suelos y el cambio global. En Argentina su estudio y utilización son incipientes. Los objetivos del trabajo fueron evaluar en un Argiudol vértico con producción de batata bajo manejo agroecológico: a) el efecto acumulado de tres aplicaciones anuales de biochar entre 2013 y 2015 (producido a partir de Aspidosperma quebracho-blanco), 30 Mg ha-1 en total, sobre algunas propiedades edáficas, dos años y medio posteriores a su última aplicación, y b) el cambio absoluto, para el periodo 2012-2018, en algunas propiedades superficiales del suelo con y sin biochar. La aplicación de biochar incrementó las reservas de carbono orgánico del suelo (COS) y el pH del espesor 0-30 cm. Disminuyó las reservas de nitrógeno orgánico del suelo (NOS) y aumentó la relación C/N del espesor 0-20 cm. Aumentó levemente la conductividad eléctrica del espesor 0-5 cm y no modificó la capacidad de intercambio catiónico. Tampoco afectó la infiltración y la capacidad de agua útil del espesor 0-30 cm. Sin embargo, se observó un aumento muy marcado en la humedad actual y en la disponibilidad de agua útil de los espesores 10-20 y 5-10 cm, respectivamente. Cuando se analizó el cambio neto, se observó el mismo efecto para COS y pH. Para las variables físicas, las condiciones edafoclimáticas al momento de muestreo (menor humedad actual en 2018) tuvieron un mayor efecto que el del biochar. Dejando de lado su efecto directo sobre el aumento de COS y la reducción superficial de la densidad aparente, las interacciones entre el biochar y el suelo aún requieren estudio.</text>

                <text>La investigación se realizó durante los meses de febrero - abril del 2016, en áreas del Centro de Aclimatación de vitroplantas de la Biofábrica, perteneciente a la Empresa de Semillas de Camagüey, con el objetivo de aplicar diferentes bioestimulantes y evaluar los indicadores de crecimiento que provengan de las aplicaciones de las alternativas bioorgánicas en el cultivo de vitroplantas de Plátano (Musa sp.). Para la realización del experimento se utilizaron bolsas de polietileno y el sustrato que se utilizó como soporte de las plantas estuvo conformado por un 50% de humus de lombriz y 50% de compost, se sembró la variedad FHIA-03, utilizándose un diseño completamente aleatorizado con cuatro tratamientos y cuatro repeticiones. Se emplearon el humus líquido natural (HLN), el humus líquido mejorado (HLM) y el humus líquido fortificado (HLF), como productos bio orgánicos, y se midió la altura de las plantas, grosor del tallo y el número de hojas. Los datos se sometieron al análisis de varianza mediante el paquete estadístico SSPS Versión 11.5.1 para Windows, y en el caso de  diferencias significativas se aplicó la prueba de rango múltiple de Duncan (p:0,05). La aplicación de los productos bio orgánicos compuestos por HLF logró los mayores beneficios para el cultivo en los indicadores evaluados.</text>
