                <text>Recently, significant events took place that added immensely to the sociotechnical pressure for developing sustainable composite recycling solutions, namely (1) a ban on composite landfilling in Germany in 2009, (2) the first major wave of composite wind turbines reaching their End-of-Life (EoL) and being decommissioned in 2019–2020, (3) the acceleration of aircraft decommissioning due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and (4) the increase of composites in mass production cars, thanks to the development of high volume technologies based on thermoplastic composites. Such sociotechnical pressure will only grow in the upcoming decade of 2020s as other countries are to follow Germany by limiting and banning landfill options, and by the ever-growing number of expired composites EoL waste. The recycling of fiber reinforced composite materials will therefore play an important role in the future, in particular for the wind energy, but also for aerospace, automotive, construction and marine sectors to reduce environmental impacts and to meet the demand. The scope of this manuscript is a clear and condensed yet full state-of-the-art overview of the available recycling technologies for fiber reinforced composites of both low and high Technology Readiness Levels (TRL). TRL is a framework that has been used in many variations across industries to provide a measurement of technology maturity from idea generation (basic principles) to commercialization. In other words, this work should be treated as a technology review providing guidelines for the sustainable development of the industry that will benefit the society. The authors propose that one of the key aspects for the development of sustainable recycling technology is to identify the optimal recycling methods for different types of fiber reinforced composites. Why is that the case can be answered with a simple price comparison of E-glass fibers (~2 $/kg) versus a typical carbon fiber on the market (~20 $/kg)—which of the two is more valuable to recover? However, the answer is more complicated than that—the glass fiber constitutes about 90% of the modern reinforcement market, and it is clear that different technologies are needed. Therefore, this work aims to provide clear guidelines for economically and environmentally sustainable End-of-Life (EoL) solutions and development of the fiber reinforced composite material recycling.</text>

                <text>The world economy is in an unprecedented situation, caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the health care crisis. It’s currently difficult to predict all the consequences, but there are undoubtful changes in migration flows, unemployment and poverty increase, and their impact on national economies and globally. The paper aimed at analyzing the cases of educational reforms in different countries, revealing new trends in education and learning that may prevent labor migration or mitigate it. To support feasibility of the study, a bibliometric analysis was implemented on the basis of Scopus tools and VOSviewer software. In this paper, the content analysis of several cases in a sphere of educational reform was performed, namely educational systems of some EU countries and their former members (UK, France, Finland) as well as the most developed world economies (USA, China, and Japan). The distance learning is considered as fundamentally necessary in today’s conditions and a milestone of the global educational system development. The paper investigates the essence and distribution of mass online courses as a typical type of distance learning. The case of virtual exchange that was managed and organized by several institutions within the COIL initiative was also analyzed the alternative to traditional learning. RAS dysfunction is related to the occurrence and development of acute lung injury (ALI) and acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and causes a serious prognosis and even death. ALI/ARDS can be induced by various ways, one of which is viral infections, such as SARS-CoV, SARS-CoV-2, H5N1, H7N9, and EV71. This article reviews the specific mechanism on how RAS dysfunction affects ALI/ARDs caused by viral infections. SARS-CoV and SARS-CoV-2 enter the host cells by binding with ACE2. H5N1 and H7N9 avian influenza viruses reduce the ACE2 level in the body, and EV71 increases Ang II concentration. Treatment with angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor and angiotensin AT1 receptor blocker can alleviate ALI/ARDS symptoms.                 <text>Abstrak    The purpose of this study was to find out what roles PGMI students can play as agents of change during the COVID-19 pandemi. This type of research is a field research with a qualitative approach. In collecting data, researchers used interview techniques. In particular, the problems that the researchers raised in this study were; What is the role of students as agents of change in supporting children's learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemi? The focus of this research is in the neighborhood where the students live, namely the Pantura area, covering Kudus, Pati, Jepara, Demak. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive-analytical method. Data collection techniques through interviews. This study resulted in a conclusion that the role of students as agents of change in the education sector during the Covid-19 pandemi includes; become a facilitator in learning activities, create fun learning, provide education about healthy lifestyles, instill adab, provide skills to children.    Abstrak  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran apa saja yang dapat dilakukan mahasiswa PGMI sebagai agent of change di masa pandemi Covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan Teknik awancara. Secara khusus, permasalahan yang peneliti angkat dalam penelitian ini adalah; bagaimana peran mahasiswa sebagai agen perubahan mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran anak pada masa pandemi Covid-19? Lokus penelitian ini adalah di lingkungan tempat tinggal siswa yakni wilayah Pantura, meliputi Kudus, Pati, Jepara, Demak. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif-analitis. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara.                 <text>Un nuevo brote de coronavirus ha puesto en vilo a la humanidad, se trata del SARS-CoV-2, causante de la enfermedad del coronavirus 2019 o COVID-19. Una de las medidas para disminuir la propagación de la COVID-19, es el aislamiento social y la inmovilización social obligatoria, conllevando al cierre temporal de instituciones de educación superior como las universidades.  La interrupción en la educación en estudiantes de medicina durante la COVID-19 es inevitable en todo el mundo, por tal razón se deben desarrollar estrategias educativas a fin de que los estudiantes puedan retener destrezas, habilidades y conocimientos clínicos. La enseñanza virtual surge como una opción para sustituir a la enseñanza presencial, particularmente durante esta pandemia. Tales enfoques no solo pueden ser necesarios para para abordar eficazmente el dilema de la educación en estudiantes de medicina durante esta crisis actual, sino que también servirían para sentar las bases de la enseñanza médica en futuras emergencias sanitarias.</text>

                <text>Pada masa covid-19 pembelajaran dilaksanakan secara daring (online), sehingga dibutuhkan beberapa alat belajar berbantuan ICT yang mampu menunjang efektivitas pembelajaran dengan baik yaitu Geogebra. Penelitian  ini bertujuan untuk menelaah  efektivitas pembelajaran berbasis masalah berbantuan Geogebra terhadap kemampuan penalaran matematis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini  adalah metode kuasi eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMK Swasta di kota cimahi, sedangkan sampelnya dipilih tiga kelas yang banyaknya 80 dari satu SMK swasta di kota Cimahi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seperangkat tes kemampuan penalaran yang berbentuk soal uraian sebanyak 4 soal. Soal tersebut sudah memenuhi soal yang baik berdasarkan validitas, reliabilitas, daya pembeda dan indeks kesukaran. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan SPSS 18 diperoleh hasil bahwa model berbasis masalah dengan bantuan Geogebra dengan model berbasis masalah maupun biasa memiliki nilai sign. sebesar 0,000, karena nilai sign. &lt; 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan model berbasis masalah berbantuan Geogebra lebih efektif dibandingkan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah maupun model biasa ditinjau dari  kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa. Dengan demikian penerapan model berbasis masalah berbantuan Geogebra lebih efektif dibandingkan model berbasis masalah maupun konvensional  terhadap kemampuan penalaran matematis.      Abstract   During the Covid-19 period, learning was carried out online, so it needed several ICT-assisted learning tools that were able to support the effectiveness of learning well, namely Geogebra. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of Geogebra-aided problem-based learning on abilities. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental method. The population of this study was all private vocational students in the city of Cimahi, while the sample was selected in three classes with a total of 80 from one private vocational school in the city of Cimahi. The instrument used in this study was a set of reasoning ability tests in the form of 4-item description questions. These questions have fulfilled good questions based on validity, reliability, distinguishing features and difficulty index. Based on the results of calculations using SPSS 18 shows that the problem-based model base on Geogebra with problem-based and ordinary models has a sign value. of 0.000, because of the sign value.</text>

                <text>Em 2020, com a pandemia da Covid-19, países como o Brasil adotaram um regime jurídico próprio para o enfrentamento da crise sanitária, com a flexibilização de contratações públicas e divisão dialogada de competências entre os entes federados. Preocupa, no entanto, os parâmetros de controle para os atos administrativos, atos da administração e as decisões públicas no cenário posterior à crise de saúde. O presente artigo estuda possíveis cedências do controle da administração pública no cenário pós-pandemia (Covid-19). Para isso, realizou-se um estudo eminentemente bibliográfico, abrangendo a análise de livros e artigos científicos sobre o tema, bem como uma investigação dos textos jurídicos-normativos de regência no período e decisões judiciais pertinentes ao objeto pesquisado. Ao final, chegou-se à conclusão de que o controlador deve realizar um exercício de empatia com o gestor público da época, não significando um abandono da legalidade, que no cenário abrange a necessidade de que as decisões administrativas tenham sido efetuadas com base em evidências científicas.</text>

                <text>Este ensaio tem como objeto a atividade docente em tempos de pandemia. À luz do referencial teórico da análise institucional, procuramos desvelar processos instituídos e instituintes da atividade docente e da vida acadêmica, tendo a experiência com a COVID-19 como um analisador de seu funcionamento. Para isso, realizamos uma análise focada em três tipos de relações envolvidas no trabalho cotidiano de docentes: (1) as relações com os estudantes, (2) as relações com a produção de conhecimento, (3) as relações com a sociedade em geral, atravessadas por outros três processos transversais a cada uma dessas relações: a virtualização da vida cotidiana; a polarização político-social e os movimentos de resistência e criação emergentes no mundo universitário em tempos de pandemia. Concluímos que a superação dos binarismos e das polarizações que se expressam nos últimos anos no Brasil é uma condição importante para a reinvenção do espaço acadêmico refundado em novos regimes de confiança e colaboração.</text>

                <text>O objetivo deste estudo é analisar as características da docência universitária na pandemia de Covid-19 que favoreceram a transição de estudantes ao ensino superior. Oito ingressantes, de ambos os sexos, foram entrevistados e dos dados, analisados qualitativamente, destacam-se: as adaptações pedagógicas realizadas no ensino remoto, as interações professor-aluno, o compromisso com a formação do aluno e o reconhecimento da qualidade da docência universitária como facilitadora da transição ao ensino superior. Tais resultados reafirmam o papel dos professores na aprendizagem e na permanência dos calouros, mas indicam a urgência em se pensar nas implicações políticas e sociais do ensino remoto emergencial, inclusive sobre a docência universitária na pandemia, com sobrecarga de trabalho do professor e pouco espaço para o seu desenvolvimento profissional.</text>

                <text>The furin cleavage site in the spike glycoprotein of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus is considered important for the virus to enter the host cells. By analyzing 45828 SARS-CoV-2 genome sequences, we identified 103 strains of SARS-CoV-2 with various DNA mutations including 18 unique non-synonymous point mutations, one deletion, and six gains of premature stop codon that may affect the furin cleavage site. Our results revealed that the furin cleavage site might not be required for SARS-CoV-2 to enter human cells in vivo. The identified mutants may represent a new subgroup of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus with reduced tropism and transmissibility as potential live-attenuated vaccine candidates.</text>
