Data have been collected from traffic counters, public transport ITS, and recordings from traffic control cameras and environmental sensors to make comparisons between journey flows and times before and during the confinement. This data has been used to re-estimate Origin-Destination trip matrices to obtain an initial diagnostic of how daily mobility has been reduced and how the modal distribution and journey purposes have changed. The impact on externalities such as NO2 emissions and traffic accidents have also been quantified. The analysis revealed an overall mobility fall of 76%, being less important in the case of the private car. Public transport users dropped by up to 93%, NO2 emissions were reduced by up to 60%, and traffic accidents were reduced by up to 67% in relative terms. El objetivo de este estudio fue estimar el COS en los principales usos de la tierra y los impactos del cambio de uso en paisajes alto-andinos en Santa Isabel - Tolima, Colombia . Se evaluaron tres usos del suelo: (i) cultivos agrícolas (CA), (ii) sistemas silvo-pastoriles de pasturas con árboles dispersos (SSP) y (iii) bosques nativos (BN), estimando la densidad aparente, por el método del cilindro y la concentración de COS, a una profundidad de 0-40cm . La densidad aparente, se incrementó notablemente, al cambiar de BN a CA y SSP (0,35 a 0,61 y 0,65g/cm3, respectivamente) . Contrastando, la concentración de COS, se redujo al convertir BN a usos agropecuarios (8,9 a 5,8%) . Los BN almacenaron más C que los CA y SSP (122,4; 79,6 y 79,8t/ha, respectivamente), causando una emisión potencial de 157 t CO2/ha, en caso de deforestación . Procesos contrarios implican captura de C atmosférico . La conservación de BN alto-andinos debe estar altamente considerados en las políticas nacionales y regionales. El objetivo de este trabajo fue formular y evaluar un modelo acoplado de fotosíntesis, conductancia estomática y transpiración para el cultivo de maracuyá (Passiflora edulis) en condiciones de clima tropical por medio de la combinación de submodelos ampliamente aceptados. Como caso de estudio se utilizó el protocolo de modelación matemática aplicado al cultivo en el departamento del Huila, Colombia. La transpiración real estimada por el modelo fue evaluada usando un lisímetro de tipo gravimétrico. Para que seja possível aumentar produção e lucratividade faz se necessária a transferência de tecnologias e conhecimentos para os produtores rurais através de programas de extensão. Objetivou-se com o presente estudo, a transferência de conceitos básicos sobre a eficiência reprodutiva do rebanho, as formas de alcançá-la e também o levantamento de dados relacionados ao controle reprodutivo de propriedades atendidas pelo Projeto Leite a Pasto - Educação Continuada. Verificou-se uma média de porcentagem de vacas em lactação de 75%. A produção média nos rebanhos foi de 10,5kg/dia. Apesar disso, nas propriedades que apresentavam índices menores que 75%, houve uma média de menos de 5% de vacas que deveriam estar em lactação, equivalendo a uma perda mensal de 435kg. O intervalo de partos encontrados foi de 15, 14,8 e 12,5 meses em 2009, 2010 e 2011 respectivamente. Apesar da melhoria encontrada, algumas propriedades possuem porcentagem de vacas em lactação abaixo do ideal, o que mostra a necessidade de se levar informação e tecnificação ao campo.
