En este artículo se presenta MOR4WSN, una propuesta de enrutamiento que surge de la adaptación de un algoritmo genético multi-objetivo. A partir de despliegues de WSN, MOR4WSN crea topologías con estructura jerárquica que permitan un enrutamiento apropiado preservando la longevidad de la red. Description An account of the resource El presente artículo recoge los resultados de una investigación relacionada con los efectos del cambio climático en especies pascícolas: leguminosas (Trifolium repens L. y Trifolium pratense L.) y gramíneas (Agrostis capillaris L. y Festuca rubra L.), bajo condiciones de estrés hídrico y a la  concentración actual de CO2 (370ppm) o a la que se prevé para el futuro (740ppm). Así mismo, los estudios se desarrollaron tanto en competencia mono específica como en competencia mixta. Para llevar a cabo este objetivo, se realizaron las siguientes determinaciones: se analizaron los parámetros fotosintéticos de asimilación (A), conductancia estomática (gs), concentración interna de CO2 (Ci), transpiración instantánea (E) y eficiencia instantánea en el uso del agua (ITE) bajo las diferentes condiciones de crecimiento. Nuestros resultados muestran que en condiciones de sequía y a CO2 ambiental las especies pascícolas reducen la respuesta a los parámetros de intercambio gaseoso. Por otro lado, ocurre un descenso del crecimiento asociado a la caída de la asimilación y al descenso del estado hídrico de la planta. Además, las plantas reducen la tasa de transpiración por cierre estomático lo que conlleva un incremento de la ITE. Bajo condiciones de elevado CO2, la reducción del crecimiento que la sequía provoca es inferior, como resultado de tasas fotosintéticas más elevadas, ITE superior, menor transpiración y en consecuencia mayores producciones de PS por planta. Las especies más tolerantes a la sequía cuando están en competencia intraespecifica son las gramíneas (A. capillaris y  F. rubra) y cuando la competencia es interespecifica la especie tolerante es el T. pratense. Todo ello pone de manifiesto que bajo nuestras condiciones de estudio el elevado CO2 tiene efectos beneficiosos sobre la fisiología de las especies pascícolas e  incrementa la tolerancia a la sequía, pero que dicha respuesta depende, además, de las condiciones de competencia en que se desarrollen. With ongoing outbreaks in many regions around the globe, it has led to worldwide social distancing measures, travel restrictions, job and financial losses, and depletion of resources. In addition, morbidity and mortality of the infection with mental health sequelae including health-related anxiety, depression, and traumatic-related conditions are common. Such adverse mental health consequences clearly have a bidirectional relationship with the infection's presence, and thus, there is a need to recognize and address such complications to optimize care. The perspectives outlined here are based on a review of literature regarding past infectious outbreaks, current experiences with the ongoing pandemic, and their effects on psychological well-being and clinical practice. They attempt to provide a framework that integrates the mental, physical, and social domains of the COVID-19 pandemic and their interrelationships. Thus, it is recommended that management includes a psychological component, and evidence supports the use of psychoeducation and social support groups to mitigate the adverse psychological effects of the pandemic. Virtual delivery of such interventions is becoming a reality, although efforts to address the COVID-19 outbreak largely remain a work in progress with global collaboration and innovation. The lessons learned from the COVID-19 pandemic may provide valuable information to overcome the psychological impact of future infectious disease outbreaks. We aim to analyze the effect of COVID-19 pandemic and social restriction rules on these fragile patients.Methods: Patients with chronic neurologic diseases routinely followed at the outpatient clinic of Gemelli University Hospital, Rome, were assessed for symptoms suggestive of SARS-CoV-2 infection in the pandemic period, consequences of social restrictions, and neurological disease features, concomitant medical conditions, current medical and disease-specific treatments. Data source: a dedicated telephone survey designed to encompass questions on COVID-19 symptoms and on pandemic effects in chronic neurologic conditions.Results: Overall, 2,167 individuals were analyzed: 63 patients reported contact with COVID-19 positive cases, 41 performed the swab, and 2 symptomatic patients tested positive for COVID-19 (0.09%). One hundred fifty-eight individuals (7%) needed urgent neurological care, deferred due to the pandemic; 641 patients (30%) suspended hospital treatments, physiotherapy or other support interventions; 405 individuals (19%) reported a subjective worsening of neurological symptoms.Conclusions: In our population, the presence of neurological chronic diseases did not increase the prevalence of COVID-19 infection. Nevertheless, the burden of neurological disorders has been worsened by the lockdown. The study aims to assess the short-term influence of air pollution and climate on COVID19 incidence in Lombardy (Italy), during the early stage of the outbreak, before the implementation of the lockdown measures. The daily number of COVID19 cases in Lombardy from February 25th to March 10th, 2020, and the daily average concentrations up to 15 days before the study period of particulate matter (PM10, PM2.5), O3, SO2, and NO2 together with climate variables (temperature, relative humidity - RH%, wind speed, precipitation), were analyzed. A univariable mixed model with a logarithm transformation as link function was applied for each day, from 15 days (lag15) to one day (lag1) before the day of detected cases, to evaluate the effect of each variable. Additionally, change points (Break Points-BP) in the relationship between incident cases and air pollution or climatic factors were estimated. The results did not show a univocal relationship between air quality or climate factors and COVID19 incidence. PM10, PM2.5 and O3 concentrations in the last lags seem to be related to an increased COVID19 incidence, probably due to an increased susceptibility of the host. In addition, low temperature and low wind speed in some lags resulted associated with increased daily COVID19 incidence. The findings observed suggest that these factors, in particular conditions and lags, may increase individual susceptibility to the development of viral infections such as SARS-CoV-2. La realización de AngioTC en estos pacientes es compleja y expone al personal del Servicio.En este trabajo se  revisan los hallazgos clínicos, analíticos y en imagen de los pacientes con enfermedad por COVID-19 y tromboembolismo pulmonar. Material y métodos. Se realiza un estudio retrospectivo de los pacientes ingresados en nuestros hospitales  con diagnóstico de COVID-19 a los que se les realizó un angioTC para descartar o confirmar la existencia de  TEP. Se analizaron parámetros clínicos y analíticos de cada uno de ellos. Resultados. Hemos realizado 18  estudios de angioTC de arterias pulmonares a los 277 pacientes ingresados con COVID-19 entre el 15 de  marzo y el 10 de abril de 2020. El diagnóstico se confirmó en todos los casos con PCR. El motivo de consulta  fue hipoxemia y aumento de las cifras de DÍmero D con descenso de los otros parámetros habitualmente  alterados en esta enfermedad (ferritina, LDH y proteína C). Se evidenció la existencia de TEP en 8 pacientes.  En cinco casos se observó en ramas lobares y segmentarias afectando en dos casos a ramas principales y lobares; en un caso la rama trombosada era una vena pulmonar. Se observó una tendencia a la linfopenia en  los pacientes con trombosis. El 50% de los pacientes estaban ingresados en la UCI . En todos los casos se  observaron pequeñas adenopatías hiliares y mediastínicas. Conclusión. El TEP es una complicación de la enfermedad por COVID-19. El diagnóstico clínico es difícil de  establecer por el solapamiento de la clínica y los datos analíticos de las dos entidades. Existe tendencia a la  linfopenia en los pacientes con TEP.
