Esses tratamentos foram aplicados de forma isolada ou combinados entre si. O trabalho foi conduzido durante o período 2001-2002 (dois ciclos de produção), no Campo Experimental de Bebedouro da Embrapa Semi-Árido em Petrolina-PE. O delineamento experimental foi em blocos ao acaso, com 12 tratamentos e três repetições, sendo duas plantas por parcela. Não foram observadas diferenças significativas entre os tratamentos nos dois ciclos de produção. Entretanto, quando o ácido giberélico foi associado ao Crop Set® 0,1% e anelamento, observou-se uma tendência de aumento no peso de cachos, bem como no peso e tamanho de bagas na safra de 2001. Os cachos tratados com ácido giberélico apresentaram engaços mais grossos e pesados, embora não se observem diferenças significativas entre os tratamentos. Algumas plantas submetidas ao anelamento apresentaram problemas de cicatrização, o que provocou a morte das mesmas, recomendando-se evitar a realização desta prática nas condições em que se realizou este trabalho.Aiming to increase the berry size, weight of bunches and yield, the bunches of the cv. Superior Seedless was powdered with gibberelic acid (1 + 20 mg.L-1), bio-stimulant Crop Set® in the dosis of 0.1 and 0.2%. In adition was used the treatment known as girdling. Those treatments were applied in an isolated way or combined to each other. The work was carried out during 2001-2002 (two harvest seasons), in the Experimental Station of Bebedouro, Semi-arid Embrapa in Petrolina, Pernambuco State. The experimental design were in randomized blocks with 12 treatments and three replications. The differences among the treatments were not statistical significant in the two evaluated seasons. However, when the gibberelic acid was associated with Crop Set® 0.1% and girdling, it was observed a tendency to increase the weight of bunches, as well as, the weight and berry size in the 2001 season. The bunches treated with gibberelic acid presented stronger rachis, although significant differences are not observed among the treatments. Some plants submited to the girdling presented problems with cicatrization, that caused death of them, recomending to avoid this practice in the conditions of this work. The experiences of our international colleagues should be utilized to protect patients and healthcare workers. The primary aim of this article is to appraise national guidelines for the perioperative anesthetic management of patients with COVID-19 so that they can be enhanced for the management of any resurgence of the epidemic. PubMed and EMBASE databases were systematically searched for guidelines related to SARS-CoV and SARS-CoV-2. Additionally, the World Federation Society of Anesthesiologists COVID-19 resource webpage was searched for national guidelines; the search was expanded to include countries with a high incidence of SARS-CoV. The guidelines were evaluated using the Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation II tool. Guidelines from Australia, Canada, China, India, Italy, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America were evaluated. All the guidelines focused predominantly on intubation and infection control. The scope and purpose of guidelines from China were the most comprehensive. The UK and South Africa provided the best clarity. Editorial independence, the rigor of development, and applicability scored poorly. Heterogeneity and gaps pertaining to preoperative screening, anesthesia technique, subspecialty anesthesia, and the lack of auditing of guidelines were identified. Evidence supporting the recommendations was weak. Early guidelines for the anesthetic management of COVID-19 patients lacked quality and a robust reporting framework. As new evidence emerges, national guidelines should be updated to enhance rigor, clarity, and applicability. Se han constatado efectos del CC sobre la distribución de las especies, principalmente corrimientos hacia latitudes altas y zonas elevadas. Las especies amenazadas resultan especialmente vulnerables a dichos cambios. En este marco, las áreas protegidas (AP) podrían ser una herramienta clave para la adaptación al cambio climático. Nuestros objetivos son: estudiar los efectos del CC sobre la distribución y riqueza de anfibios amenazados y casi amenazados de Uruguay, y evaluar la eficacia del Sistema Nacional de Áreas Protegidas (SNAP) en el presente y ante escenarios de CC. Para modelar la distribución de nueve especies se obtuvieron registros de colecciones herpetológicas, publicaciones científicas y del GBIF, datos de clima actual y proyecciones del Modelo de Circulación General HadCM3 bajo los escenarios A2 y B2 del IPCC descargadas del Worldclim. La distribución potencial se obtuvo aplicando modelos de máxima entropía (MAXENT). Para evaluar la eficacia del SNAP se realizó un análisis de vacíos, superponiendo la cobertura de las AP con la distribución de las especies. Los modelos indican que la mayoría de las especies expandirá su distribución a futuro en Uruguay, excepto Pleurodema bibroni y Melanophryniscus montevidensis. La riqueza local de anfibios podría aumentar en el noroeste y este del país. Si bien los anfibios estudiados están incluidos al menos en un área del SNAP, la superficie protegida cubre menos de 2% de la distribución de las especies, tanto en la actualidad como bajo los escenarios de CC. Esto indica la baja eficacia del sistema. Si bien el CC esperado para la región no sería una amenaza para los anfibios estudiados, la escasa protección por parte del SNAP representa un riesgo para la conservación de la herpetofauna nativa frente a otros componentes del cambio global.
