Introducción: El artículo explica cuál es la situación del cine en España, desde un punto de vista educativo y curricular, dentro de la evolución del concepto de educación mediática hacia un nuevo constructo: alfabetización transmedia, en la nueva ecología de los medios y cultura colaborativa. Método: Análisis crítico del estado de la cuestión de tres conceptos clave: cine educativo en España, educación mediática y alfabetización transmedia, a partir de la investigación bibliográfica. Resultados: El cine está presente de forma difusa en los programas educativos españoles. Ante la transformación del paradigma de la comunicación actual, concebimos la alfabetización transmedia como una extensión del concepto de la educación mediática. La narrativa transmedia favorece el desarrollo del cine y sus competencias. Discusión: Falta de consolidación del concepto de alfabetización transmedia en la comunidad científica, por su novedad. Relevancia del aprendizaje informal a la hora de definir las competencias transmedia. Motivos por los que la educación cinematográfica es todavía insuficiente en la legislación educativa española.

Integrase (IN) represents a clinically validated target for the development of antivirals against human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). In recent years our research group has been engaged in the stucture-function study of this enzyme and in the development of some three-dimensional pharmacophore models which have led to the identification of a large series of potent HIV-1 integrase strand-transfer inhibitors (INSTIs) bearing an indole core. To gain a better understanding of the structure-activity relationships (SARs), herein we report the design and microwave-assisted synthesis of a novel series of 1-H-benzylindole derivatives.

Este trabajo presenta una revisión histórica de construcción científica acerca de la problemática del cambio climático y el calentamiento global. Se discuten algunas de las implicaciones sociales, científicas, políticas y educativas que el estudio del fenómeno ha generado. Además se presenta de manera suscinta algunas implicaciones biológicas sobre la influencia en la biodiversidad y el comportamiento de los ecosistemas causado por las alteraciones en el comportamiento del clima global. Las plantas y los animales se han ido adaptando a los cambios en su entorno, tanto a través de la evolución como de la migración. Sin embargo, los modelos recientes publicados demuestran que muchas especies no podrán mantenerse al día con las tasas proyectadas de cambio. Aún más grave es la fragmentación de los hábitats naturales por la actividad humana, problema que no puede ser atribuido a las fuerzas naturales.

En Paraguay el cultivo de sésamo (Sesamum indicum L.) es cada vez menos productivo debido a la degradación de la fertilidad de los suelos. La fertilización nitrogenada eleva los rendimientos en suelos pobres en este nutriente, pero su eficiencia aún no es bien conocida. En el estudio se utilizó la técnica isotópica para determinar el destino del N aplicado a un cultivo de sésamo. En el campo experimental de la Facultad de Ciencias Agrarias de la Universidad Nacional de Asunción, Paraguay, en un diseño experimental de bloques completos al azar se estudió la eficiencia en la aplicación de N como fertilizante y abono verde (lupino + avena negra) con y sin laboreo del suelo. El N fue aplicado como urea-15N (5% enriquecimiento) a razón de 50 kg/ha. Los resultados mostraron contenidos (kg/ha) de N en granos (84), materia seca (104) y suelo hasta 15 cm (938). El 20% del N aplicado fue absorbido por la planta, 42% permaneció en el suelo y 38% no pudo contabilizarse y posiblemente se perdió por lixiviación y volatilización. La técnica de dilución isotópica fue útil para determinar el destino del N aplicado, pero sobreestimó el aporte de los abonos verdes en el contenido de N en el suelo.

O objetivo da pesquisa foi verificar a percepção ambiental e os indicadores de ambientalização curricular dos cursos de Engenharia de um Centro universitário em Araçatuba-SP. Trata-se de uma pesquisa aplicada de natureza qualitativa utilizando como método o estudo de caso. Fez-se a análise do PDI e dos PPCs de cinco cursos de Engenharia (Civil, Mecânica, Elétrica, Computação e Mecatrônica) onde foram levantadas a presença dos radicais: ambient*,sustent*, natur*, ecolog*, soc* e conserv. Os resultados mostram que o radical mais frequente foi o soc* seguido o radical ambiente* enquanto que os outros indicadores foram presentes em um menor número. Conclui-se que os cursos estudados apresentam um baixo indice de ambientalização

O objetivo deste estudo é realizar um relato do gestor nacional do Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar (PNAE), com ênfase no período de 2003 a 2010. Trata-se de ensaio crítico baseado em revisão da literatura e em dados oficiais. Em relação ao volume de recursos financeiros e ao número de alunos atendidos, observou-se que, em 2003, o Programa executou um total de 954,2 milhões de reais para atender 37,3 milhões de alunos, ao passo que em 2010, o total de recursos passou a ser de 3 bilhões de reais para um total de 45,6 milhões de alunos atendidos. Outros avanços importantes foram os estímulos para a ampliação e o fortalecimento do papel dos Conselhos de Alimentação Escolar e as estratégias normativas para as ações do nutricionista como Responsável Técnico. A Lei nº 11.947/2009 fez o PNAE avançar ainda mais, estendendo o programa para toda a rede pública de educação básica e de jovens e adultos, e recomendando que 30% dos repasses do FNDE sejam investidos na aquisição de produtos da agricultura familiar. São evidentes os avanços nos critérios técnicos e operacionais visando maior flexibilidade, eficiência e eficácia na gestão do PNAE. Espera-se que tais avanços possam se traduzir em melhoria das condições de alimentação e nutrição dos escolares.The scope of this paper is to study the report of the manager of the Brazilian School Nutrition Program (PNAE), with special emphasis on the period from 2003 to 2010. It is a critical essay based on a review of the literature and the official data. It was revealed that the program spent 954.2 million Brazilian reals in 2003 to assist 37.3 million students, and in 2010 the total resources increased to 3 billion Brazilian reals with 45.6 million students attended. Other important advances were the broadening and strengthening of the role of the School Nutrition Councils and the regulatory strategies of nutritionists as Accountable Technicians. Law No. 11.947/2009 gave a new impetus to the PNAE, extending the program to the entire basic public education grid and youths and adults, and recommending that 30% of the funds transferred from the FNDE should be used to acquire products from small farmers. The progress in technical and operational criteria seeking greater flexibility, efficiency and effectiveness in the management of the Program is clear for all to see. It is hoped that these advances will translate into effective improvement in food and nutrition conditions for schoolchildren.

Os sistemas agroflorestais (SAFs) representam uma alternativa agroecológica de produção, sob regime sustentável, para os agricultores familiares na várzea dos Rios Solimões/Amazonas, principalmente no que se refere ao manejo florestal, à diversidade de produtos e à geração de renda. Diante disso, o objetivo deste trabalho foi compreender as diferentes formas de apropriação e de manejo dos recursos naturais através dos SAFs, nos subsistemas roça, sítio e lagos, como componente para a sustentabilidade dos agricultores familiares da localidade Costa da Terra Nova, município do Careiro da Várzea, Amazonas. O método empregado foi o Estudo de Caso com aplicação de questionários, entrevistas e observação participante. A produção familiar na Costa da Terra Nova é representada pelos SAFs, constituído pelos os subsistemas: roça quintal e lago, que proporcionam produtos tanto para subsistência quanto para comercialização local, e estabelecendo a agricultura como fundamental atividade na localidade. O principal produto para comercialização é obtido das hortaliças cultivadas na época da vazante no subsistema roça nas comunidades São Francisco e Nossa Senhora da Conceição; e do extrativismo pesqueiro no subsistema lago, na época da cheia, principalmente na comunidade São José. A criação de animal se dá no subsistema sítio e é apenas para subsistência, sendo as aves e os suínos os principais animais domésticos criados nas três comunidades. Portanto os SAFs tradicionais, constituídos pelos subsistemas, roça, sitio e lago, são responsáveis pela sustentabilidade socioeconômica da localidade pesquisada, servindo, como alternativa agrícola melhor adaptada às condições locais das áreas de várzea na Amazônia.The Agroforest Systems (SAF's) presents an agro ecological alternative of production under sustainable basis for the families farmers, in the várzea (floodplain) of the Solimões/Amazonas Rivers, especially when it is refereed to the forest management, to the products diversity, and the incomes. This study has objective to understand the different ways of appropriation and management of natural resources through SAFs in the different subsystems as clearing, home garden, and lakes as a sustainability component of families’ farmers from Costa da Terra Nova located in the Careiro da Várzea County (Amazon). The methodology used was the case study with the questionnaires applied, interviews and participant observation. The families’ production in the Costa da Terra Nova is represented for agroforestry systems accordingly with the subsystem: farm, home garden and lakes that provide products for their subsistence as much as much for local commercialization. The local communities established the agriculture as a fundamental activity. The main product is obtained from the vegetables grown during the receding water period in the field subsystem in the communities São Francisco and Nossa Senhora da Conceição; and the extrativismo fishing boat on subsystem lake in water period, predominant in community São José. The animal raising is used only for self-subsistence, being the birds and the pigs the mainly domestic animals raising in the three communities. Thus, the traditional agroforestry systems combined with the forest subsystem, clearing, home garden, and lakes are responsible for social-economics sustainability for the studied area, and could be used as an alternative agriculture better adapted for the local conditions at the Amazonian floodplain areas.
