Con base en las publicaciones de la Organización Meteorológica Mundial - OMM y el IDEAM, se determinó la metodología que mayor ajuste tuvo al objetivo de mejoramiento de la red meteorológica con fines agrícolas del departamento de Cundinamarca. Con estos criterios definidos y teniendo en cuenta el estado actual de las estaciones que operan en el departamento, se elaboró la propuesta de mejoramiento de la red agrometeorológica mínima. [Resultados]: Las fuentes móviles emitieron 471.9 toneladas de carbono negro a la atmósfera durante el 2016, lo que equivale a 217 031.7 y 707 712.2 toneladas de CO2e (tomando como potencial de calentamiento global 460 y 1 500, respectivamente). Se propone: el uso de combustibles bajos en emisiones, la incorporación de vehículos eléctricos y las mejoras tecnológicas en el sistema del motor para reducir las emisiones de escape. [Conclusiones]:  Las medidas de mitigación de emisiones que poseen mayor factibilidad son las relacionadas con la incorporación de combustibles bajos en emisiones, como el biodiésel y el diésel bajo en azufre. Resulta de vital importancia incluir acciones concretas para la reducción de las emisiones de carbono negro dentro de las políticas nacionales de cambio climático, pues la reducción de estas tiene impactos positivos a corto plazo. Recientemente, como resultado de un encuentro de organizaciones latinoamericanas, que reúnen a diversas profesiones de la ingeniería, se produjo el documento Reflexiones de académicos latinoamericanos en pandemia (1). En este se plantea que “es necesario profundizar el modelo educativo centrado en el desarrollo de las competencias de los estudiantes, en manejar lo impredecible, en el cambio climático, en la inequidad social”. Asimismo, se plantea la necesidad de, “aumentar sustancialmente el número de jóvenes y adultos que tengan las competencias necesarias, en particular técnicas y profesionales, para acceder al empleo, el trabajo decente y el emprendimiento”, y que a su vez cuenten con  “los principios, los valores, la ética, el respeto por la dignidad humana y la prioridad del bien común sobre cualquier otra”. Sin duda, estos son planteamientos aplicables no solo en la ingeniería, sino a cualquier profesión. Sin embargo, al hablar de las profesiones del área de la salud, en particular pero no exclusivamente, habría que ampliar este marco de acción, incluyendo la colaboración con otras disciplinas a la formación y ejercicio profesional. Para tal efecto, la formación y el ejercicio profesional colaborativo o interprofesional requieren un alto grado de flexibilidad de las instituciones educativas, de las instituciones empleadoras y de los mismos profesionales. Implica, por parte de las primeras, hacer ejercicios interactivos de formación en los que se involucren estudiantes de varios programas; mientras que, de los empleadores y profesionales demanda el entendimiento de que el ejercicio interprofesional aporta al desarrollo de las competencias profesionales, al manejo integral y recuperación de la salud de los pacientes y a la mejora en el funcionamiento de los sistemas de salud, y con ello a la salud de las poblaciones (2). En términos generales, el ejercicio interprofesional conlleva para el conjunto de actores, el estudio, discusión y construcción de acuerdos sobre el grado, temas y áreas de solapamiento o entrecruzamiento en los dominios de competencias entre las profesiones, especialidades y subespecialidades de la salud. Ello deberá ser revisado de manera periódica, dado el alto dinamismo que la generación e incorporación de nuevo conocimiento y los avances en innovación y desarrollo tecnológico imprimen al espectro ocupacional de las profesiones. They were analyzed in the medium and long term, the future scenarios generated by the regulations involved in the technological advancement of bio-products through the application of a Delphi survey, with the participation of 23 experts in bio-products, taking into account the three dimensions sustainable development. Based on this study, it was found that 65% of the experts believe that the impact of innovation and technological development of the use of bio- products in agricultural production, has a high economic impact with a significant level of agreement (≥0.05). Additionally, 65% selected as the best scenario, in which conditions that promote greater development, access and application of bio-products, so that the rate of adoption of technology is increased by the producers to make. In conclusion, beyond the level of technological development is necessary to revise the legislative process for the marketing of bio-products, it was clear that the future success of the industry in the production of biological products depend on the management of innovative enterprises, efficient marketing thereof, education and transfer to producers and the progress of the investigation. The aim of this study was to evaluate the trends of changes in physical-activity levels (PALs) in adolescents and factors that may be associated with PALs among the studied boys and girls. Methods: Participants in this prospective study comprised 388 adolescents (126 females; mean age: 16.4 ± 1.9 years) from southern Croatia who were tested at a baseline (before the imposed rules of social distancing) and at a follow-up measurement (three weeks after the initiation). Baseline testing included anthropometric variables, variables of fitness status (done at the beginning of the school year), and PALs. At the follow-up, participants were tested on PALs. PALs were evaluated over an online platform using the Physical Activity Questionnaire for Adolescents. Results: A significant decrease of PALs was evidenced for the total sample (t-test = 3.46, p < 0.001), which was primarily influenced by a significant decrease of PALs in boys (t-test = 5.15, p < 0.001). The fitness status (jumping capacity, abdominal strength, aerobic endurance, and anaerobic endurance) was systematically positively correlated with PALs at the baseline and follow-up among boys and girls, with the most evident association between aerobic and anaerobic endurance capacities and PALs. Correlations between anthropometric and fitness variables with changes in physical activity (e.g., the difference between baseline and follow-up PALs) were negligible. Conclusions: Differences in PAL changes between genders were probably related to the fact that PALs among boys were mostly related to participation in organized sports. Correlations between baseline fitness status and PALs indicated the importance of overall physical literacy in preserving PALs in challenging circumstances, such as the COVID-19 pandemic observed here.
