Nevertheless, the agricultural practice has been causing the degradation of the soils. The soil is the most important factor for production and reproduction of familial agriculture in the whole basin. The present work aims to show the importance of environmental geomorphology in the understanding of the landscape degradation, as well as in the planning for using agricultural soils.
