              <text>La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo el diagnóstico de la gestión productiva agrícola del sector minorista en el cantón Bolívar, su cumplimiento se basa en tres fases metodológicas, donde, como primer punto se efectuó la caracterización a los productores agrícolas del cantón, para ello se efectuó la aplicación de encuestas con el fin de conocer el grado de cumplimiento del agricultor en cuanto a las prácticas agrícolas y falencias que presentan. En segunda instancia se encuentra identificar los factores críticos de éxitos, para ello se realizó una lista de características relacionadas a las BPA (Buenas Prácticas Agrícolas) dirigida a los agricultores a través una entrevista, dicha información fue fundamental para la identificación de debilidades, fortalezas, oportunidades y amenazas presentadas en el campo agroproductivo. Para la conclusión de esta investigación se propuso un plan de mejora que contribuya a potencializar el desempeño en la zona agrícola del cantón Bolívar estableciendo medidas de solución a las problemáticas producidas esto fue un apoyo para los criterios los cuales se habían calificado como un problema. AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT IN THE RETAIL SECTOR OF CANTÓN BOLÍVAR DE LA PROVINCIA MANABÍ, ECUADOR  The present investigation aimed at the diagnosis of agricultural production management of the retail sector in the canton of Bolivar, its compliance is based on three methodological stages, whereas the first point the characterization of the agricultural producers of the canton was carried out. The application of surveys, in order to know the degree of compliance of the farmer in terms of agricultural practices and shortcomings. In the second instance, it is possible to identify the critical success factors. A list of characteristics related to BPA (Good Agricultural Practices) was made for farmers through an interview. This information was fundamental for the identification of weaknesses, strengths, opportunities and threats presented in the field of agroproduction. For the conclusion of this research, an improvement plan was proposed that would contribute to boost the performance in the agricultural area of the Bolivar canton by establishing measures to solve the problems produced.
