In order to do so, emphasis is made on the universe of new forms of organization that arise in the context of the 1990s and that are strengthened in the 2000s through dialogues with the State intended to establish rural development policies. Therefore, this article shows the results of an exploratory study on this process in the province of Santa Fe, having as point of reference the organizations that have merged into the Small Producers Movement of Santa Fe.
