Bringing small farmers closer to data access and use: building bridges between their needs and ICT

The editorial comments on the contribution of research results to the study about process of access and use of data by the small farmers. Relationships are established between the articles published in volume 6 (number 1) of RECoDAF, which present perceptions obtained in case studies conducted with producers and disseminate proposals for the development and application of technological resources, demonstrating possibilities of meeting the information needs of this segment from a new information technologies.
