De ahí que las altas Cortes de Ecuador, Colombia y La India se vieron obligadas a pronunciarse frente a la crisis ecológica y cultural a la que se enfrentan sus sistemas montañosos. Para esto, construyeron una argumentación pluralista basada en el reconocimiento de los derechos de la naturaleza. Con el enfoque del concepto de interculturalidad, se analizará críticamente la jurisprudencia de estos tres Estados biodiversos y fuertemente impactados por las actividades antropocéntricas. Además, esta investigación evidenciará la importancia de desarrollar el contenido de los derechos de la naturaleza y los derechos de participación comunitaria desde la perspectiva biocultural.
