Clasificando valores NDVI: CV tipo 01, suelo sin CV o cuerpos de agua; CV tipo 02, suelo con CV mixta entre suelo desnudo, hierbas o arbustos; CV tipo 03, suelo con vegetación poco densa y la CV tipo 04 suelo con CV densa, suelos cubiertos por árboles y arbustos frondosos y vigorosos; con valores NDVI elevados, con tendencia negativa en su extensión y sustituida por coberturas con NDVI bajos, relacionados directamente con la ausencia precipitaciones pluviales y altas temperaturas, siendo más crítica por la extracción forestal, afectando su capacidad de resiliencia. Incrementándose la cobertura tipo 01, 02, 03, afectada por el pastoreo y agricultura, esta información es elemental, para la adecuada toma de decisiones en la protección y conservación del Parque Nacional.
