The technologies that are part of the digital agriculture as a whole cause a rupture with the standards, models and technologies already used. Staying competitive requires constant renovation. Therefore, the objective of this study was to discuss the tools that can be used in agriculture to improve the way of producing food. The scientific research and development combined with precision agriculture made possible the emergence of other innovations that made digital agriculture possible. These technologies can be applied indirectly outside the property, directly inside the property in the production process and continue to be used in the agricultural product distribution market. Even if slowly, due to little connection infrastructure, technical and economic capacity for the adoption of innovative technologies, the use of these technologies will be more and more frequent.
