Se identificaron tres ejes centrales que funcionan como rasgos comunes en los proyectos: producción y distribución local, educación nutricional y formación agroalimentaria, e institucionalización de la participación ciudadana. Del análisis de estos ejes se concluye que en la agenda legislativa provincial comienzan a emerger estrategias públicas orientadas hacia una transición agroalimentaria.
