Los individuos se sacrificaron en solución de cloretone para extraer los tractos digestivos desde la faringe hasta la cloaca, los cuales se conservaron en alcohol al 70% hasta su análisis. Se identificaron 66 presas correspondientes a 31 taxa de artrópodos, dentro de las cuales predominaron Diptera e Hymenoptera, seguidos de Araneae y Coleoptera. En general, P. jubatus no mostró preferencia por un taxón de presa, sino que presentó valores altos del índice de amplitud del nicho trófico de Levins, indicando un alto grado de generalismo y el consumo de presas, en su mayoría, asociadas a estratos arbóreos.
