O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar dados observados entre oito e nove anos de produção dos cultivares de oliveira Arbequina, Arbosana e Koroneiki em quatro localidades de Santa Catarina (Caçador, Campo Erê, Chapecó e São Lourenço do Oeste). De modo geral, no transcorrer dos anos, as oliveiras apresentaram boa produtividade de azeitonas e bom rendimento de azeite, com destaque para a ‘Koroneiki’, a qual, em Caçador, alcançou rendimento médio anual de 15,15t.ha-1 de frutos, equivalente a 1.999L de azeite por hectare.
