Utilizou-se o mtodo de regresso linear simples e correlaes entre as variveis selecionadas nas dimenses produtiva, social e tributria. Verificou-se que o programa teve expanso tanto em nvel de recursos quanto de contratos no estado do Paran. Ademais, percentual destinado de recursos e contratos ao estado foi maior, comparado aos municpios que mais contrataram crdito, ou seja, ocorreu um desconcentrao de recursos. Na anlise produtiva verificou-se que o programa teve maior impacto. J em relao s dimenses sociais e tributrias observou-se impacto com menor intensidade.
