A vision is presented on the progress of the COVID-19 pandemic from Cienfuegos, after just over two months of having identified the first case in Cuba. Main aspects related to Public Health, epidemiology and clinic related to this disease are described and analyzed. A group of lessons learned so far are discussed, for now and later.
