              <text>O estudo, com ênfase na metodologia Investigação – Ação, pretendeu compreender o impacto das tele e rádio aulas no aperfeiçoamento profissional do professor do ensino básico angolano. Com a disseminação da pandemia da COVID-19, o professor do ensino básico participou de uma atividade diferenciada de aperfeiçoamento profissional denominada “tele e rádio aulas” emitidas pela Televisão Pública de Angola (TPA) e pela Rádio Nacional de Angola (RNA). Desta forma, informações coletadas indicam que, por ter um caráter prático, as tele e rádio aulas contribuíram para a melhoria da atuação docente do professor do ensino básico, isto é, o professor passou a recorrer regularmente ao apoio tutorial de profissionais de educação e a atividade reflexiva para o aperfeiçoamento das suas competências didático-pedagógicas resultando na melhoria de competências, como organização e contextualização dos conteúdos de ensino à realidade do aluno e maior conhecimento das orientações metodológicas das disciplinas do ensino básico.</text>
