شیوع پنومونی ناشی از COVID- 19در دسامبر2019 در شهر ووهان چین گزارش شد و اولین مورد گزارش شده آن درایران 29 بهمن ماه 1398 در شهر قم شناسایی شد . تظاهرات اولیه این بیماری طیف گسترده ای ازموارد بدون علامت تاعفونت متوسط دستگاه تنفسی فوقانی تا پنومونی کشنده است. درکناراین همه گیری می دانیم که مصرف سیگارسبب ساپرس کردم سیستم ایمنی و تشدید فعالیت های التهابی در ریه می شود وازطرفی اثرات منفی سیگار درجراحی های ترومای ارتوپدی برکسی پوشیده نیست.دراین مطالعه اطلاعات مربوط به31 بیماربا ترومای ارتوپدی ودرگیری با COVID-19 توسط پرسشنامه جمع آوری شده که از این تعداد 17 بیمار با سابفه مصرف سیگار و 14 بیمار بدون سابقه مصرف سیگار بوده اند که در دو گروه دسته بندی و مورد بررسی قرارگرفته اند . در نهایت به این نتیجه رسیده شده که هر چند بررسی انجام شده در مورد این 31 بیمارارتباط معناداری بین دو گروه سیگاری وغیرسیگاری با ترومای ارتوپدی مشاهده نشد ولی به نظرمی آید که بیماران سیگاری با ترومای ارتوپدی در طول بستری وجراحی و پس ازجراحی نیاز به توجه بیشتری دارند تا دچارعوارض کوتاه مدت کمتری شوند و ممکن است در شرایط مساوی ازهر بیماراحتمال طولانی تر شدن بستری بیماران سیگاری بیشتراز غیرسیگاری باشد .

سندروم حاد تنفسی جدید یعنی کروناویروس-دو (SARS-CoV2)، ایجادکنندة بیماری کووید 19 (COVID-19) بهعنوان یک بیماری همهگیر تهدیدکنندة جوامع بشری از جنبههای متفاوت است. بهنظر میرسد درحالحاضر، راهبرد اصلی مدیریت کروناویروس پیشگیری از ابتلا به آن است. فعالیتهای ورزشی با شدت متوسط علاوهبر ارتقای آمادگی جسمانی، باعث تقویت پاسخهای سیستم ایمنی سلولی و هومورال بهویژه در افراد با ضعف سیستم ایمنی درمعرض خطر عوارض کروناویروس مانند افراد مسن، افراد چاق و دارای بیماریهای مزمن میشوند؛ بنابراین، انجامدادن فعالیتهای ورزشی بهصورت منظم در طول عمر میتواند راهبردی مؤثر برای پیشگیری از بیماری ویروسی مانند کووید-19 باشد. ازطرفی، قرنطینة خانگی و استفادهنکردن از اماکن ورزشی عمومی باعث کاهش میزان آمادگی جسمانی، اختلال در ریتم شبانهروزی، اختلال در خواب، افسردگی، افزایش رفتارهای بیتحرکانه و برهمخوردن تعادل انرژی دریافتی و مصرفی میشوند که تمامی این موارد با ضعف سیستم ایمنی و خطر عوارض شدیدتر حاصل از بیماری کووید 19 همراهاند. فعالیت بدنی با شدت متوسط در خانه در زمان شیوع این بیماری میتواند راهبردی مؤثر در مقابله با این عوارض باشد. همچنین، فعالیت بدنی با شدت متوسط بهصورت مستقیم از طریق تقویت سیستم ایمنی، ارتقای دفاع آنتیاکسیدانتی و تقویت پاسخهای ضدالتهابی و نیز بهصورت غیرمستقیم از طریق کاهش اضطراب، بهبود خلقوخو، تعدیل نیمرخ چربی و حساسیت انسولینی، در ارتقای سیستم ایمنی و مقابله با عوارض کروناویروس مؤثر است.

يعد فيرس كورونا (COVID-19) من التحديات الصحية الصعبة التي تواجهها دول العالم اليوم، وتأتي هذه الدراسة في محاولة لتوضيح الدور الذي تلعبه تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في مواجهة فيروس كورونا وذلك من خلال دراسة تجربة كوريا الجنوبية في هذا المجال، ولتحقيق الهدف السابق الذكر تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد قسمت هذه الدراسة إلى جزأين: جزء نظري يتناول الأطر النظرية والتطبيقات الحديثة للذكاء الاصطناعي في المجال الطبي، وقسم تحليلي يتناول عرض وتحليل التجربة الكورية، وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة في الأخير إلى فعالية تجربة كوريا الجنوبية في مواجهة فيروس كورونا من خلال تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي الحديثة وعلى رأسها: الكشف عن المرض باستخدام الخوارزميات، أنظمة تتبع للمصابين بالفيروس عبر (GPS)، نظام معلومات ذكي للحجر الصحي، التشخيص والتطبيب عن بعد، تطوير منصة رقمية للوقاية من الأوبئة، استخدامات الروبوت في المساعدة على التشخيص وقياس الحرارة وتوزيع المعقمات، استخدام الطائرات بدون طيار للتعقيم. تصنيف جال: I18، O3.

Haḍrat ‘Umar (R.A) had great insight and comprehension in reliving all political, religious, social, and judicial issues, in the light of Islam. He solved every individual and collective issue immediately without imposing his opinion on others but presented his views with communication and understanding. He faced criticism against his opinion and did not impose his jurisprudence without understanding. This system was continued during his whole period of regency. This symmetry of his character had given him great value among ummāh. According to shah wāliullah, he had all qualities of Sharī’ah in his thoughts and practice. The administration and jurisprudence of Ḥaḍrat ‘Umar (R.A) are just like prim for Ummah, which exposes to light in a different spectrum. We can solve while the contemporary problem in the light of Ḥaḍrat ‘Umar’s (R.A) administrative system. This paper intends to find out the methods he used to control epidemics, famine, and malnutrition and concludes that by adopting his methods we can get rid of all political, religious, social, and judicial issues especially the epidemic of COVID 19

سخنرانی رئیس سازمان جهانی بهداشت در نشست خبری رسانه ای درباره کورونا ویروس 28 فوریه 2020 در 24 ساعت گذشته، چین 329 مورد را گزارش کرده است، این تعداد کمترین تعداد در یک ماه گذشته است. تا ساعت 6 صبح امروز به وقت ژنو، چین در کل 78959 مورد مبتلا را به WHO گزارش داده است که شامل 2791 مورد مرگ بوده است. در خارج از کشور چین هم اکنون 4351 مورد در 49 کشور و 67 مورد فوت اتفاق افتاده است. از دیروز کشور های دانمارک، استونی، لیتوانی، هلند و نیجریه تولین موارد ابتلا به کوروناویروس را گزارش کرده اند. همه این کشور ها به طریقی با ایتالیا در ارتباط هستند. از ایتالیا 24 فرد مبتلا به 14 کشور و از ایران 97 مورد به 11 کشور دنیا وارد شده اند. افزایش مداوم تعداد موارد و تعداد کشورهای مبتلا طی چند روز گذشته نگران کننده است. اپیدمیولوژیست های ما به طور مداوم این پیشرفت ها را رصد می کنند و ما اکنون ارزیابی خود را در مورد خطر انتشار و خطر ابتلا به COVID-19 به سطح بسیار بالا در سطح جهانی افزایش داده ایم. آنچه که در حال حاضر می بینیم اپیدمی های مرتبط با هم COVID-19 در چندین کشور است اما اکثر این بیماران همچنان قابل ردیابی به موارد شناخته شده از بیماری یا خوشه هایی از بیماری می باشند. ما شواهدی مبنی بر این که ویروس به صورت آزاد در جوامع در حال چرخش است را نمی بینیم. سناریوهای مختلفی در کشورهای مختلف و حتی سناریوهای مختلف در یک کشور وجود دارد، نکته کلیدی شکستن زنجیره های انتقال این ویروس است. دیروز درخصوص کارهایی که کشورها باید برای آماده سازی بیماران و جلوگیری از انتقال پیشرونده ویروس انجام دهند نیز صحبت کردم. گزارش ماموریت مشترک WHO و چین هم اکنون منتشر شده است که به زبان انگلیسی در وب سایت WHO موجود است و همچنین در وب سایت کمیسیون بهداشت ملی به زبان چینی نیز موجود است.

یک جهان: باهم در خانه 18 آوریل 2020 برنامه "یک جهان باهم در خانه"، از شبکههای تلویزیونی اصلی بهصورت آنلاین در تاریخ شنبه 18 آوریل از ساعت 17:00 (زمان لسآنجلس) پخش خواهد شد. این کنسرت مجازی که توسط سازمان بهداشت جهانی و سازمان Global Citizen برگزار شده است، افرادی را که تحت تأثیر بیماری COVID-19 قرارگرفتهاند، جمع میکند تا اقدامات معناداری را برای محافظت از سلامت و حمایت از پاسخ جهانی به COVID-19 انجام دهند. همچنین از کارکنان شجاع مراقبتهای بهداشتی که فداکاری را در خط مقدم انجام میدهند، تجلیل و پشتیبانی به عمل خواهد آورد. با همکاری و کمک بسیاری از هنرمندان در سطح دنیا این رویداد جهانی انجام خواهد شد. هنرمندان و ورزشکارانی که در این برنامه حضور خواهند داشت شامل: آلانیس موریست، آندره بوچلی، بیلی جو آرمسترانگ از گرین روز، برنا پسر، کریس مارتین، دیوید بکهام، التون جان، ادریس و سابینا البا، ج بالوین، جان لژند، کیسی موسراووی، کری واشنگتن، لنگ لنگ، لیززو، مالوما، پل مک کارتی، پریانکا چوپرا جوناس، شاهرخ خان و استیوی واندر هستند."

مطالب علمی و اخبار از سایت سازمان جهانی بهداشت بیانیه عمومی برای همکاری در توسعه واکسن COVID-19 در 31 دسامبر سال 2019، سازمان بهداشت جهانی از تعدادی از موارد پنومونی با علت ناشناخته کشف شده در شهر ووهان، استان هوبی چین مطلع شد. مقامات چینی SARS-CoV-2 را به عنوان ویروس ایجاد کننده در 7 ژانویه سال 2020 معرفی کردند، و سازمان بهداشت جهانی در 11 فوریه سال 2020، بیماری را کروناویروس 2019 (COVID-19) نامگذاری کرد. به عنوان بخشی از پاسخ سازمان بهداشت جهانی به طغیان، یک طرح تحقیق و توسعه (R&D) برای تسریع در توسعه تشخیص، واکسن و درمان برای این کروناویروس جدید فعال شد. با هماهنگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی، گروهی از متخصصان با تخصص های متنوع در تلاش هستند تا واکسن های ضد COVID-19 را تولید کنند. این گروه از همه افراد دعوت می کند تا توصیههای لازم را بکار ببرند تا از انتقال ویروس COVID-19 جلوگیری شود. این گروه همچنین از همه به خاطر اعتماد به جامعه علمی تشکر میکند.

مطالب علمی و اخبار از سایت سازمان جهانی بهداشت سخنان آغازین مدیرکل سازمان جهانی بهداشت در نشست خبری رسانهای درباره COVID-19 10 آوریل 2020 در سطح جهان، در حال حاضر نزدیک به 5/1 میلیون مورد تائید شده و بیش از 92 هزار مرگ در اثر ابتلا به COVID-19 به سازمان جهانی بهداشت گزارش شده است. در هفته گذشته، ما شاهد روند تدریجی کاهش در برخی از کشورهای اروپایی که سخت درگیر بودند، مانند اسپانیا، ایتالیا، آلمان و فرانسه بودیم. من خوشحال شدم که دوستم بوریس جانسون دیگر در بخش مراقبتهای ویژه نیست. بهترین آرزوها را نهتنها برای بوریس بلکه برای تمام کسانی که با این مشکل مواجه هستند دارم. در همین زمان، ما شاهد شتاب ابتلا نگرانکنندهای در کشورهای دیگر بودیم. در آفریقا، ما شاهد گسترش ویروس در مناطق روستایی هستیم. اکنون شاهد خوشههایی از موارد بیماری و شیوع در بیش از 16 کشور جهان هستیم.

مطالب علمی و اخبار از سایت سازمان جهانی بهداشت انجمن بین المللی ناشران (IPA)، سازمان جهانی بهداشت و UNICEF برای حمایت از کودکان و نوجوانان درقرنطینه، به مناسبت روز جهانی کتاب کودک، طرح Read the World" را معرفی کردند. 2 آوریل 2020 IPA بزرگترین فدراسیون جهانی انجمن های ناشران است. نویسنده جرونیمو استیلتون، کار خلاقانه خواندن کتاب ویژه کودکان را در گیر و دار همه گیری COVID-19 شروع کرد. نویسندگان محبوب کتاب های کودکان، به این عمل خلاقانه و زیبا پیوستند و شروع به خواندن چکیده کتاب های خود برای میلیون ها کودک و جوان که در حال حاضر در قرنطینه اند، کردند. طرح Read the World همکاری بین انجمن بین المللی ناشران (IPA) ، سازمان بهداشت جهانی (WHO) و یونیسف است. نماینده IPA در این جلسه گفتند: "این ها همه اتفاقات ناخواسته ای برای همه مان است و اثرات روانی- اجتماعی قرنطینه طولانی مدت و فاصله های اجتماعی هنوز دیده و درک نشده است. " وی گفت: "ما باید در حال حاضر از سلامت روانی خود، به ویژه از ذهن جوانان مراقبت ویژه ای داشته باشیم. IPA به دنبال این است که با نزدیک کردن نویسنگان محبوب کودکان و خود کودکان لحظاتی با دغدغه های کمتری را در این روزهای سخت برای خانواده ها فراهم آورد."
